In the last 35 orders of dominos cause I normally order at least 2 times a week have spent over 1500 dollars . I called today to my local dominos in cedar falls iowa on colledge st to let them know how dissatisfied I was with my order last night and that I had the products to give back to them and all I was asking for was for them to be made correctly not any money back or anything just for my food to be made correctly. Ely the mgr had bad attitude towards me and said that it was not going to happen . I asked for his mgrs name and when he'd be in and he refused to give it .overall normally I'm ok with my orders but when you order a pizza that is supposed to have light sauce XTRA CHEESE bacon and pepperoni on it it should at least come with that also thier cinnamon bites had no butter and hardly any sugar or cinnamon on them and were dry as hell. His attitude towards me dis not help as I will be updating this review daily until the issue is resolved . I expect quality food to come when I have spent the amount of money that I have in just 35 orders . Dominos do better do right and fix this .

Ordered 2 large pizzas tonight, neither should of left the store, dough was old like it's been waiting to be used since 4, was more thin than regular crust. I know for a fact it wouldn't of ever passed the cut test had they done one tonight

I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. This is the worst dominos I have ever been to. They can’t get your order right, the food is not fresh or hot, the customer service is nonexistent.

For a dominoes, they get busy from the college but my food has never had anything wrong with it. i used to get a 32pc garlic bites like 3-4x a week and ill always love this dominoes

I needed to talk to an actual person and not a robot and I spent a lot of time just being on hold when the situation could've just been solved in like 2 mins.
Ordered a pasta bowl with Alfredo, bacon, and mushroom. I got Alfredo with mushroom and black olives. Wth is going on in that store that you confuse bacon for black olives.

i ordered pizza to work, i work in an assisted living so as u would expect the people are sleeping i put in my notes please text when here and ill come out and meet you to grab it once my food arrives he comes in and rings the door bell which goes thru out the building never messaging me or anything then i get my pizza and its cold and im missing my ranch i ordered

Great fast service but it’s a little ridiculous how you order a chicken habenero sandwich and they never add the habenero. I always have to ask for a sauce cup or have them deliver a new one
