Completely ignored the people waiting in line and kept serving drive thru. No one even acknowledged the guests who took the time to park their cars and come inside to order. The food is always great but the service was lacking. Possibly just not enough staff. I would suggest staying in the drive thru if you visit this establishment.

I myself was not overly in awe of it. It didn't live up to the hype they give it. I didn't care for the coffee and their donuts were no different then anyone else's. My were actually a little dry. Give me a Casey's or Krispy Creme. Sorry guys. This is just my opinion.

I went in with my siblings the other day and I thought that their coffee was pretty good. But that's basically how I'd describe everything about Dunkin: it's just pretty good. Nothing too special, but it was ok. The only weird thing I found was that they still had the clunky plexiglass separator between the customer and the cashier, which made things a little awkward as I couldn't hear her at all and was just kinda smiling and nodding while she apparently asked me what size I wanted my coffee lol.

Horrible service. I ordered a chocolate long john then had a code for free coffee monday. I had her scan it and i said this is for the medium coffee and she said is that all for you and she never added it onto the order and i had to buy a whole new thing just because of her mistake?! Doesn't make sense. Last time I was here they had no problem doing it so I think it may just be the employee but all i'm saying is dont take the chance of going here, go to the next closest dunkin!

Not too impressed with their doughnuts compared to other locations that are now available in the area.Their breakfast sandwiches such as the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant is more expensive than what you’d pay at other restaurants and even convenience stores so they kinda priced that outside of what I’d be willing to pay.Their hashbrown potato rounds are not that great…I almost think they’re briefly microwaved or toasted to warm them up to call fresh. I don’t think they fry them up there but could be wrong.Most recently I did an online order and ended up going inside due to the drive-thru line being long. Ended up being ignored for about the amount of time it would’ve taken me to actually go through the drive-thru. Wasn’t happy about that.It will probably be rare if I end up going back.

I wasn't offered a receipt. The cashier threw it away without asking. Then she dug out it out of the trash and handed it to me, and went back to serving food without washing her hands.

Literally always out of donuts. The coffee is very hit or miss but mostly miss. Most workers are nice, however a few have not been the kindest. I'd rather spend the extra money of Starbucks or caribou.

Ok as someone whom has consumed more dunkin iced coffee at more locations than I care to say I have even worked for dunkin I can tell you that this is the worst dunkin I have ever been to the iced coffee tasted burnt and like water you can not taste the swirl. It is like they took hot coffee and just poured it over ice which is not how dunkin makes their iced coffee and is the only reason that they are worth the money. I can say I was shocked that they didn't toast the bagel before putting strawberry cream cheese on it which again was terrible. The cream cheese was like they tried to stretch it and mixed way too much regular cream cheese it should be bright pink this was white with a hint of pink. Seeing that there are so little dunkins in this state and now I understand why very sad that I was so disappointed

It was very busy but the line went quick. The breakfast was a great fast find and my child loved the donuts. There were a lot of options for breakfast to choose from. More than just donuts and coffee which was appreciated by everyone in our family.
