Place was nice, waitstaff was inexperienced, lots of staff just standing around the front, was not greeted and no one said good bye as we left just kept huddling around someone's laptop. Food was not bad but sort of bland. Filet was prepared correctly but glaze was left off plate and we had to remind waitress we ordered salads. Would not have minded if they were busy but like I said, a lot of people were just standing around. Another family got up and left because no one would take their order. They waited about 20 mins after being seated before leaving.

My son took me to Figaro Figaro to have the Mother's day brunch. They were somewhat understaffed in my opinion and most the food on buffet was disappointing. It was underseasoned and bland. The one beef dish they served (medallions?) was so tough that even a sharp knife would barely make a dent in it. Chewing it was almost impossible. Desserts were so so. All in all, a disappointing experience for the price.

I'm very disappointed in this restaurant. When creating the reservation, we were treated with extreme respect and loved the genuine care that the worker had when talking to us. When we arrived we were seated and our order for drinks/appetizers were taken and they came out very quickly. Now this may seem good but it only goes downhill, and fast. It took over 10 minutes after we were finished with appetizers for our server to come back and get our food order. Then it took another 40 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. Granted we did have a large party, but it was an obscene amount of time that we waited. We then ate our food and didn't see our waiter for another 30 minutes. The food was very mediocre, nothing to write home about. Once she finally came back, it took her 15 minutes to get us boxes, then another 15 minutes to get our checks. the server seemed very new at her job, and not qualified to serve a group as large is ours. We spent over 3 hours at the restaurant because of the incompetency of the wait staff. I cannot speak on the experience of the other patrons of the restaurant, but the main reason we chose this restaurant in the first place was because of it's overwhelming positive reviews. The decor and the feel was really nice, but I would not recommend going here if you are looking for high quality and fast service. I initially had this review at 2 Stars, but but as I sat there even longer, I changed it to one star.

I have heard many wonderful things. I have many friends who love this place. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the worst service I have had at any restaurant ever. I went up to the bar to get our own refills, told the bar staff it was not a good experience, and received a shrug in response. I could go on and on.

Went for Easter and I dont think they were really ready for the crowd. Out of everything. Our waiter had an amazing voice and was the highlight of our brunch. Will go back and give it a second chance.

Bad food and worse service. Never seen such service before at any restaurant. Staff seems clueless about how to serve and take orders. And food was so bad I left my whole dinner untouched and had to come home and eat. My kids dozed off hungry since they couldn't get anything worthwhile to eat. This was my second time here and I'm never coming back.

I've had Italian meals all over the World and this place rates as one of, if not, the best of them. The stunning sophistication of the decor and the laid back atmosphere are welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. The absolutely amazing staff will make you feel welcome with their warms words and appreciation to see you. It's not often an owner or owners work in their restaurant, but these owners work the front of house, back of house and are relentless in their endeavor of making your dining experience the best, most memorable ever.

Stunning - food was exceptionally delicious and digestible, and the service was extraordinary! The wait staff are all amazing singers and would spontaneously break into song for various creative reasons. Got to meet the owner and he's completely delightful. Totally a 5 star experience, can't wait to return.

The glazed salmon that I had last night was the most stunning, delicious meal I've had at an Iowa restaurant in my entire life. I cannot overstate how complex and cohesive the flavors were. Rich walnuts topped the honey bourbon sauce over a medium-well cooked salmon filet, whose sweet zest was cut and matched perfectly by a savory bed of garlic rosemary mashed potatoes. Seared squash and dried cranberries married the whole combination just perfectly. I've been complaining about how nothing in the Midwest tastes good after you've had food in San Francisco-- well, here it is! My palate finally found satisfaction in Cedar Falls!

WOW. The entire experience was INCREDIBLE! The waiters Aaron and Noah were amazing, we had a TON of fun. The owner and his beautiful wife came and personally greeted us, and serenaded our table. He found out it was my birthday, sent me a cheesecake, AND THE WAITERS SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY IN ITALIAN (not to mention it was in perfect beautiful harmony!!). The cover band was amazing. Oooh yes, and the food?? DELICIOSO!!! This evening was an astounding experience.
