Went through drive through and asked for extra chicken and extra sauce on the side. Finally got my food after 15 minutes, no extra chicken or any sauce... went into the restaurant and told them (I finally decided to go in after having them do the same thing 4 times previously). They barely added extra chicken and they forgot my extra sauce AGAIN. I’m honestly fed up! It’s like the words come in one ear and come out the other. And it’s very frustrating when I see them working without any masks... it’s disgusting

I ordered a couple of different things, and the staff were very accommodating to all of my questions and needs. They have tons of options for veggies. I did notice their tofu wasn’t the greatest, but in a fast food type setting I didn’t expect it to be amazing.

Entrance door was still locked and they were not ready for business 1-1/2 after they were supposed to open. Took 30 minutes to prepare 5 items. We only received 4 of the 5 items, until we asked for the 5th item. We had to repeat the order for the 5th item twice before they began making it. 4 of the 5 items were made incorrectly. They need to get their act together.

Went to Freshiis at 615 on a Monday to go through drive thru, sign in front of building lit up and flashing “open”. Wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes without a response, finally give up and pull up to the window to find everything is closed and no lights on. Other cars were also behind us on the drive thru. At least turn your sign off...

I ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Also got the Freshii Green smoothie and that was so good too! Clean eating at its finest. Would recommend.

They do have great healthy options and they are very good.. although..I waited for over a half n hour for 2 salads. They only had 2 people working and everybody were getting very inpatient. They need more workers and faster time.

Yes I walk in 9 mins till close and the employee walked around the corner and were laughing that they were hiding from me. I am sorry I came right before closing. All I wanted was a smoothie and icecream cone. The lady working had a very rude tone with me when I asked if I could place an order
