Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Not what they used to be. Serving sizes are much much smaller. You have to pay to replace ragoons with an egg roll now. That used to be free. There is a $3 up charge for shrimp fried rice to replace the chicken fried rice. That is rediculous, especially since they don’t give you nowhere near as much! I paid $18+ for my pick up order and was still hungry after. A crying shame. The food tasted okay I guess, but people want to get full when they send $18 on a meal, at least I do. I won’t be going back anytime soon. And the no tooth having lady who answered the phone could’ve been more pleasant. “Suffering sucatash” in my best Sylvester voice.

Got steamed dumplings and sesame chicken with a crab Rangoon. Tastes low quality and kind of old like everything could be expired. Dumplings have almost no flavor, and sesame chicken is bearable but started to leave a weird aftertaste half way through so I had to throw away. Much lower quality than Panda Express on University and about 25% more expensive. No reason to go here. I love supporting small businesses, so this is unfortunate but I don’t think they are serving acceptable quality food.

The food is great never disappoints

Can't deliver after 10:30pm , but if I order to pick it up, it ready in 5 minete. How does that work, you didn't even ask where I'm located

worst “chinese food” i’ve ever had. the breading on the chicken completely tasteless, no seasoning whatsoever as for the chicken itself, it was dry, old and rubbery. cream cheese rangoons were just OK. i couldn’t even stomach eating most of my meal so i just ended up throwing it away. i would call and ask for a refund or credit but it doesn’t seem worth it after reading some of the reviews.

I've ordered From them twice, egg foo young, my gravy was all over the Bag, my egg full young was burnt and taste it like burnt cooking grease. I called them to let them know. They told me to call and talk to the owner. He never answered, and now when I call my numbers blocked terrible place

Went in to order food/dine in and stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out of the kitchen. We definitely weren't quiet as we had our excited 7yr old asking questions about what she should get on the menu. Also, the drink 'cooler' is possibly warmer than the rest of the dining room.

The egg rolls were soggy and not crunchy at all. They forgot my sisters egg rolls completely but oh well I guess because they were nasty anyway. I asked for sesame chicken and got sweet n sour. The lemonade tasted like like warm piss. The food overall was not very good. The best tasting thing I ordered was the white rice. Before the OG great wall burned down they used to be amazing now they’re worse than East china on university. Will only order rice house from now on.

Orange chicken had several bones in different peices. Longer skinny ones that could've gotten caught in throat. I understand this may not be the stores fault but hopefully they chat with their chicken distributor. Be careful feeding this to kids.

Last 2 times I have ordered they have messed up my order the first time. 2nd time I ordered and confirmed and specially put come to side door. Called an hour of ordering and was informed they never received my order. Order somewhere else or go pick it up. Do

Decent place to grab a meal.

We ordered Mongolian beef tonight to be delivered. Specifically asked 3 times to have it NOT spicy. We have ordered it not spicy before, he repeated back to me, no spice. It arrived and it was SPICY hot. I called right away and was told there was nothing he could do. I asked if it could be replaced, and was told no. Also no credit on our next meal, so I told them we'd never order again. Terrible customer service!!
