Orange chicken had several bones in different peices. Longer skinny ones that could've gotten caught in throat. I understand this may not be the stores fault but hopefully they chat with their chicken distributor. Be careful feeding this to kids.

Absolutely the worst service and food I've had. I do not know how they stay in business at all. First, when you come in not one of the two people behind the counter said hi we had to say hi, and the younger person with very curly hair--Just looked at us. One of us asked if the cashier knew what vegetables are in a certain dish. The cashier just looked at her and said no and that was it. Cashier did not offer to check and see or ask what kind of vegetable we wanted. Older white haired woman day behind the counter frozen emotionless. Never smiled never said hi. Such a weird feeling in that place. Creepy. Place was dirty. Tables dirty, floors dirty. Not one of them smiled at us or said thank you. It was quite honestly the weirdest interaction at any fast food place I've ever been to in my life. They both just sat there starting at their laptops like they were mesmerized. Stupidly, We order and sit down. The crab Rangoon's have zero fake crab meat in them at all. Only cream cheese. The meats in the dishes are double fried...meaning they fry them earlier in the day so then when you order they fry them again for your meal. They are super hard and crunchy and dehydrated. Avoid this place at all cost.

We ordered Mongolian beef tonight to be delivered. Specifically asked 3 times to have it NOT spicy. We have ordered it not spicy before, he repeated back to me, no spice. It arrived and it was SPICY hot. I called right away and was told there was nothing he could do. I asked if it could be replaced, and was told no. Also no credit on our next meal, so I told them we'd never order again. Terrible customer service!!

Just ordered had to pay 8.00 delivery fee, orderd white rice got fried rice ordered 2 egg rolls only got 1. When called got told nothing they can do until the next time we order we'll I will NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN.

If i could give this a negative review i would. We ordered online, said 45 minute wait. Took them 1.5 hours for us to get our food. and the food was not hot and egg rolls and crab Rangoon's where soggy. then the next day i got fraud charges on my bank account for over $1000.00. Someone from this company used my card. My partner ordered online with his card twice before and got fraud charges as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Well all the food was cold and old. You can tell by how hard it was to eat the chicken and pork. Never again for me. Doordash delivered it. First time and last time.

Mistakes happen but, when I ordered tonight for delivery and the order was completely wrong and they didn't want to make it right unless I went there to pick it up. Like I told them on the phone won't be back and dont recommend this business with no effort for customer satisfaction.

I call and order all the time and get lo mein noodles for my father because of his esophagus cancer... well tonight all of a sudden I got rice instead...I called to let them know they and a mistake only to be told how we had some conversation that hasn't happened in 3 years because I know i costs extra already... instead of offer even an apology they wanted to tell me I'm wrong... first of I'm the customer I'm always right... second I've been in customer service before for 12 years and this is not at all how you handle things.... he was very rude and tried to say I was cussing him out and the whole time I used sir to approach him or answer him...I will not be ordering again.

Paid 70$ for frozeen tasting food under cooked rice and burnt dryed out teryaki chicken. Would not recomend. You can get the same quality for 20$ out the freezer section in walmart
