The food is great prices are fair,however the server is rude not friendly doesn't seem to care about customer service. Have heard people say don't get the server mad or you will have a worse experience

I been going here for years and I always get good service. People complain about the main server being rude she isn’t it’s probably how her culture is. I love there crab rangoons and they he chicken lo mein. I order the same stuff all the time and never been disappointed

We walked in and the lady did not acknowledge we finally seated our selves she finally came up to us with menus then 2sec asked what we want told her not ready yet waited 10min. She came back was very rude to us we placed our orders she was leaving we asked what there was to drink she actually got mad at us so we got up walked up to her and said cancel our order and left. Very disappointed cause I had told my sister who lives in Wyoming. How good the food is.

Went for lunch. It was ordinary. The hot and sour soup had a good flavor. The egg drop soup was basic. The crab rangoon were ok. They used to be awesome. The chicken and broccoli was too salty, and the chicken felt overly velveted. The eggroll was nothing special.

Ordered chicken lo mein with rice as I usually do. When I got on the car I noticed my rice was missing so I went back in. The sole employee who is the only person serving the food was very rude. I informed her that I didn’t get my rice. She said you don’t get rice with online orders. Mind you I order all the time online from this restaurant and that made no sense. I attempted to show her my online receipt but she just says sorry and walks away. Horrible customer service!

Food was good but there was not enough staffing and the item description for the food did not match what was seeved. Credit card reader was not working and I received Canadian coins with the change.

Was charged twice once on one card even showed the waitress the charge went through and she insisted it didn't so gave her another card and was also charged the same amount on that one.

This was absolutely terrible. I ordered the Egg Foo Young and a Szeychaun(sp) triple delight. $58. Twice what the menu price on their website says. The triple delight wasn't what the menu said. Wife called they said the they sent two triple delights. We only ordered one. Nasty. Never again.

Waiter is always very mean. She never smile, and rude. We entered the door and sat to patiently wait for us to be seated. She just keep on walking infront of us without saying anything. Got tired and left. I understand she’s busy and tired, but she should let us know that it’s gonna take a little bit longer so we know what to do, instead to be ignored.

Ordered crab Rangoon and it was mostly fried air, very little, as in less than half full of cream cheese and no, absolutely no specks of crab meat in it. Sent it back and waitress gave me attitude and tried to argue that there was cream in it, yes, but not near as much as there was air and no crab, for what they try to charge is a rip off. She did eventually take it off my bill.
