Took a Togo order and left. My food was cold and hard noodles. Called asked if they gave me reheated food. They ignored me and said something and hung up the phone on me. I went there to return and get a refund and were very rude.

Great value on lunch specials. Food, soup and apps were fresh. The place was old-fashioned but clean. The waitress never smiled once but service was efficient.

Literally, ate one chicken stick did not like it ate one bite of my soggy beef and did not like it at all and they did not refund any money they actually didn't even look at me when I said I didn't like my food, they just said what the total was and expected it period never go here period if you value good food and any service at all

I been going here for years and I always get good service. People complain about the main server being rude she isn’t it’s probably how her culture is. I love there crab rangoons and they he chicken lo mein. I order the same stuff all the time and never been disappointed

We walked in and the lady did not acknowledge we finally seated our selves she finally came up to us with menus then 2sec asked what we want told her not ready yet waited 10min. She came back was very rude to us we placed our orders she was leaving we asked what there was to drink she actually got mad at us so we got up walked up to her and said cancel our order and left. Very disappointed cause I had told my sister who lives in Wyoming. How good the food is.

Went for lunch. It was ordinary. The hot and sour soup had a good flavor. The egg drop soup was basic. The crab rangoon were ok. They used to be awesome. The chicken and broccoli was too salty, and the chicken felt overly velveted. The eggroll was nothing special.

Ordered chicken lo mein with rice as I usually do. When I got on the car I noticed my rice was missing so I went back in. The sole employee who is the only person serving the food was very rude. I informed her that I didn’t get my rice. She said you don’t get rice with online orders. Mind you I order all the time online from this restaurant and that made no sense. I attempted to show her my online receipt but she just says sorry and walks away. Horrible customer service!
