The only reason I give this 3 stars is there food is outstanding! That is where it ends. My wife and I went there for lunch today. Upon arrival we were second inline. The restaurant was not full but busy with one person working. It took 15-20 minutes to even to be acknowledged that we were there and then the only words out of her mouth were 25 minutes after we had been there 15. The whole time we were they there she NEVER EVER smiled! Please just acknowledge that we are there and let us know how long not just totally ignore the us! We went to another restaurant for lunch and will not go back. The service industry has been FAILING since Covid. HAVE SOME PERSONALITY!! If you are that unhappy stay home!! We would have gladly waited if we would have been spoken too! Jim

Was charged twice once on one card even showed the waitress the charge went through and she insisted it didn't so gave her another card and was also charged the same amount on that one.

This was absolutely terrible. I ordered the Egg Foo Young and a Szeychaun(sp) triple delight. $58. Twice what the menu price on their website says. The triple delight wasn't what the menu said. Wife called they said the they sent two triple delights. We only ordered one. Nasty. Never again.

Waiter is always very mean. She never smile, and rude. We entered the door and sat to patiently wait for us to be seated. She just keep on walking infront of us without saying anything. Got tired and left. I understand she’s busy and tired, but she should let us know that it’s gonna take a little bit longer so we know what to do, instead to be ignored.

Ordered crab Rangoon and it was mostly fried air, very little, as in less than half full of cream cheese and no, absolutely no specks of crab meat in it. Sent it back and waitress gave me attitude and tried to argue that there was cream in it, yes, but not near as much as there was air and no crab, for what they try to charge is a rip off. She did eventually take it off my bill.

Been there twice and both times the waitresses have been rude to our group. Instead of saying sorry we don’t have that in a polite way, they said it almost like they were mad. We are about through with them and go to their competition. The tea also doesn’t come with the meal like a couple of other places.

I wish I could give them a high rating, but the service is HORRIBLE... which makes the whole experience a one star. The food itself is a solid 4. I really enjoyed the Lo mein and Empress chicken (which seems to be a favorite of many people who eat here). The lunch special is a pretty good price as well. I would highly recommend making a TAKE OUT ORDER. It seems they only have one waitress and she is very rude and mad at the world. She was snappy and rushes you to order. At the very least know that if you get treated badly it's not your fault, they treat everyone rudely.
Just got food from there. I ordered lemon chicken all I got was a fried chicken breast for 15 bucks! The crab Rangoon’s tasted off the sauce was watered down. I use to love this place but has gone downhill. Never eating here again. I only hope I’m not gonna end up in the bathroom all night!

Ordered steamed potstickers from the menu, received fried potstickers. I was told even though it says steamed on the menu you must request them to be steamed because most customers like them fried. Ordered Moo Shoo and was served the cheapest tortillas straight out of the plastic bag, the menu clearly states mandarin pancakes. Was argued with when I said dollar tree tortillas aren’t what I ordered.

I feel bad. I brought a friend out with me and I insisted on coming here instead of Golden China. Neither of us know what the beef was. It had the strangest texture that sometimes it felt like you eating a sponge at other times it's hard to describe what you were eating. The worst part is you can't communicate with the staff. The one gal that gave us our menus and ask if we a tea. All she could do is say is "I get waitress" when we explain to the waitress that the meat was mystery meat, All she could say was "I sorry I sorry." Signed, Scared in Cedar Falls

Crab Rangoon was good, everything was good but I had gotten the beef w/ broccoli. The beef tasted spoiled, didn't think much of it, I seen some that were still slightly pink and then I found a maggot or grub worm in the food.I searched the plate numerous times looking for another or any bit of seasoning that could look like this little guy but nothing was found.I have a picture of it whole, Definitely a bug, Definitely can see legs, tail and head. Wasn't living, but i squished it to makesure and it also squished like a bug.We mentioned it to the waitress, she told the manager. On the bright side at least I got that plate for free.Me and a buddy of mine left and we are now feeling sick, he also had beef in his food as well. Not sure if it's just the acknowledgement of the bug or the spoiled meat.
