Ordered 1 dozen cookies and were delivered and they were very small, tried a couple and they tasted old, 1 tried also tasted undercooked and threw it. my daughter tried the vegan birthday cake one and said it was but tried the M&M and chocolate chunk and said that they didn't taste right. Tried to call and no one answered so i sent an email to the customer care team.
Doors were locked at 11am and lights were off. Not a very good way to get customers

I love their cookies and their ice cream. The staff are really friendly and it is open really late so I can take care of my sweet tooth even after everyone else has closed... Which isn't a bad thing because they have some of the best treats around anyway!

Cookies are good but small and expensive for what you get. Ice cream again good but overly expensive for the amount you get. Not worth the price. The guy was nice and helpful but I did have to sY a couple times just a minute. I hVe never been there before so I did feel a bit rushed .

Ordered through the app as I am a rewards member and a regular customer. I usually have great service and the cookies are either perfect or at least decent. Unfortunately, the last two times have really gone down hill. Last time, I ordered a box of mini cookies (4 sets of 3 minis) and 6 large cookies. The box of minis wasn't received. I called the store and they refunded it. No biggie. Ordered last night and ordered a box of 12 that had a promo of 4 free cookies added. 5 of my cookies (5 sets of minis totalling 15 mini cookies) were missing. I called the store, they stated they made a mistake and offered to send their driver back out with them. I agreed and patiently waited. When the cookies arrived, they did not seem fully baked/cooled and we're all stuck together in a clump. I was beyond disappointed after waiting an extra 30-40 mins after my order was initially delivered. I tried to break them apart but there was no use. I tried again once they were cooled and had no luck.
Insomnia Cookies is more or less a self-service place to grab some frozen yogurt & toppings. You serve yourself some frozen yogurt & toppings they are weighed & you pay accordingly. What it lacks in the atmosphere it makes up in a casual low-key pay, grab, & eat there or take out place for a quick dessert.
