Great place to grab a sandwich.This location seems to be very busy compared to some of the others in the area especially during the noon hour. That’s the only reason why I knocked them a little on service as sometimes when ordering in-person I have to wait for online orders to be made before getting my sandwich. No complaints though as it’s a Jimmy John’s in the end and they’re all good.

Holy buckets this place ROCKS! The delivery drivers...Brayden, Brody, Christian, and Eva are always so kind and so speedy! We typically see them multiple times a day and we love it! Also, we recently had an interraction with Ben and he helped me re-do a large order and was SO helpful! Thank you JJ Viking for absolutely killing the sandwich game! Subway ain't got nothin' on you!

I’m pretty bummed to give a bad review because I love Jimmy John’s, and the food I’ve gotten has always been what I expect. I go to this Jimmy John’s often and each time I know 2 things to be true: the drive thru will take a long time and it’s unlikely anyone will smile and say thank you. I have yet to experience good customer service here (in the drive thru) and try to avoid coming if I can visit a different location nearby.

I order my food about 40 minutes ago and nothing, I called them about 20 minutes ago and they said it would be here within the next 5 minutes and still nothing. I only get half an hour for lunch and this was my first day and my new position so when I don't have things set up at the right time it makes me look like I don't know what I'm doing.The website promotes a 5 minute delivery but realistically I would understand 10 or 15 minutes but not 40. I could have driven over there and back in that time easy.

I got the wrong order when going through drive up and they were super sweet and brought me a new, correct sandwich to my apartment! awesome service. :)
We had an ordering issue that left us frustrated. We didn’t get the food my daughter wanted for her birthday lunch at school. When we notified them, they went above and beyond for her. They delivered a gift card to my daughter’s school as well as a cookie for each student in her class. I’m very impressed with their response and how they ensured a little girl had a very amazing birthday with all of her classmates!!

Food wasn't too bad. It was likely the kind of sandwich you would expect. But the service, was not good. The young gentleman who made my sandwich was pleasant. But the young lady taking the order was rude and unfriendly. Aside from her tattoo's, she had no personality what-so-ever. This was my first visit to a Jimmy John's. I was unfamiliar with the menu selections and clearly this young lady had no interest in making my experience a positive one. In fact, she seemed to go out of her way to make me uncomfortable. There are many eateries that are eager to serve the customer. I will be patronizing them.

I'd like to start by saying THANK YOU! I absolutely love Jimmy Johns. You guys have been so awesome for all the years I've ordered from you guys. Today is a huge day for me. I have a very important presentation today. I didn't pack a lunch because I forgot to pack one. (Nerves got to me). I ordered Jimmy Johns and it got delivered 10 minutes early. Just the phrase "Your Jimmy Johns is here" brings me pure joy. It gave me the bit of happiness and confidence right before my presentation. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

One of the few fast food places open that you can enter after 8 p.m. in Cedar Falls. Since COVID every closes their lobbies at 7 - 8 p.m. and offer drive-thru only. Huge shout-out to the staff at this Jimmy John's location for being open, fast and friendly service with a smile. Please patronize this business location so they can keep providing great food and service!
