Easily the worst sandwich I’ve ever got from a JJ. Not what I ordered at all, overflowing with way too many ingredients and the wrong ones, A complete waste of $10. If I hadn’t ordered takeout I would’ve asked for my money back. Do better JJ.

This location is probably one of the worst in the area. Every single time I order, my food takes about an hour to get to my house. I live 5 minutes away from the store. I don’t get it. I’m sick and cannot leave the house otherwise I would’ve just picked it up myself, especially if I knew it would take this long. My sandwich was also very sparse with few ingredients in it. At least they got my order right so I gave 2 stars.I would like to add that I ALWAYS tip. I work in food service so I know that tips are essential. My order is usually $10 and I always tip $5 or more yet they still take forever to deliver. Go to the location on Viking if you can, it’s 10000x better.

I ordered for lunch today. Arrived on time. I got my soda cookie and sandwich. Is the roast beef supposed to come with just 1 piece and f meat? I can’t believe how much I paid for that sandwich with ONE piece of meat!!! The sandwich did taste good.

Order always gets messed up or is always completely wrong. Paid extra for ingredients I never got and the very argumentative manager thinks that a cookie will fix all of that. Said he would put a free cookie on my account but never put the cookie on my account. Will never be ordering from these people again. Uncaring, uncooperative and simple minded.

The sandwiches we order from this location are always subpar compared to other locations - lettuce is browning, bread is soggy from the Mayo, tomatoes are green and hard - stuff like that. Probably something to do with the management.

Ordered via the phone app at 10:30, as soon as the store opened on College Street. Got my order with a side of protein in my drink... A large bug was plastered to the inside of my drink's lid. Do not order from here until they get their hygiene up to regulation. Disgusting!
