Hot beef brought to table was cold!
Waitress never came back. After my husband finished his plate. He asked another waitress to warm up plate . She took it behind bar counter. Before she took plate. I asked for to go box. She brought box out dropping on floor. She asked if i wanted a different one I was done already said ‘whatever’ .
Well I’m glad my husband enjoyed his meal.
Before we left another customer said their meal came out cold too.

Great good and excellent service! We stayed in Mason City for this trip and stopped in on our way back to Kentucky. By far the best breakfast we had all weekend!!
