Went in for a request of them to look through the toys for a certain number as a normal customer the cashier walked over grabbed one threw it back in and looked over at the other worker and said he's looking for these numbers is there 1 and they said highly doubt there's 1 Then came back to the counter all slumpy like unprofessional and rude and said no we don't have it and then swithered her way into like the break room area where another worker that appeared to be the manager was there in whispering and laughing about something very unprofessional we'll never go back and never recommend it disgusting Then I called to get it resolved the problem and the manager on shift proceeded to argue with me on the phone saying she was there and they did look and they laughed about they only have 20s I said but you guys don't even apologize as I'm so unprofessional and then she proceeded to say you want me to get your name and number so GM can call you Then when I said I was gonna call corporate she says good have a good day great customer servthey're best does not deserve 17 an hour at all

We waited for assistance at the cash register for at least 10 minutes. Everyone was crazy busy in the kitchen prepping orders and no one acknowledged us. We finally went to the kiosk and ordered but didn’t have an option to pay with cash and no slip with a number. We went back to the register where finally a young helper took our cash. After another 20-30 minutes someone came out to the register and I requested a refund so we could get on the road. It was the worst service ever!

will be making a corporate complaint. rude drive thru. i get needing to wait if its busy, but to have to move so the car behind me can be served first is terrible customer service. already avoid mcdonalds sometimes, now will avoid it intentionally everytime.
