First the costumer service is terrible all employees are miserable from what I assume is the terrible management. On top of this if there is an issue with your food they will not help, my hot fudge Sundae came out half full and they did nothing to help me. Also the managers are constantly rude acting like they are Jesus reincarnated when they go against their no 100$ bill rule and take one from an old man because they don’t know how to figure out what’s a counterfeit bill. They yell at people for no reason all the time and for all of this you would think they could get at least half decent McDonald’s food… Wrong. Service takes forever and the food is always cold or there is a wrong order. Overall this McDonald’s has been here since I was little and they constantly ruin it (such as removing the soda machine). So too the owner if you don’t want this location to constantly known as the crap McDonald’s. So dear owner if you have any hope to turn it around fire management and focus on making the customer happy, stop trying to scam us and give us a good McDonald’s.

Was denied service while riding my bike though they allowed the numerous drunken drivers keep driving through. When I spoke with the manager asking for the reasoning i couldn't pick up food through the late night drive thru while on a bike he told me that if i were to get in an accident on my bike after picking up some burgers and fries that they would be liable for any injuries i sustained. I asked him if they'd be liable for a driver wrapping their car around a pole after eating McDonald's fries out of the bag while pulling out of the parking lot and he couldn't find an answer for me.
The nicest cashier who went above and beyond. This is my favorite location

I wish I could get ahold of this store’s manager bcus I witnessed a manager jus belittling this lady! It was very gross and unprofessional as hell! Did it in front of his staff and customers!

The teen works there are so disrespectful, and the manager lets them. I’ve told the manager that their worker is not only smoking on the job but also calling customers slurs. And when I put this complaint I was shut down and told that “I doubt that happened” this place sucks

No one behind me but I still had to pull into a space and wait. Then, three cars came and got their food before me. I had just ordered a quarter pounder meal. 8 minute wait.

Only giving 2 stars because the person who took my order was so nice and upbeat. But they must’ve heard me wrong when I said I wanted only cheese to my chicken And they just added it. Mistakes happen and that’s not the reason for the review. The second person I dealt with said they couldn’t remake my order cause it had just turned to breakfast. And didn’t give me any other sort of options. Just stared. So I suggested I’d pull back around and reorder from the breakfast. He then tried to make me pay for the order? I offered the first order back initially and only when he realized I was gonna pay for 2 orders he said “I guess I’ll take it back then” and was really rude and dismissive. Didn’t even apologize. I did for being so picky. If you hate your job that much that you can’t even put on a half smile and pretend to be polite than don’t work in customer service.

We had a mishap where we actually got home and there was no hamburger patty on the hamburger, but it was our fault not theirs. They must’ve misunderstood my daughter‘s veggie burger issue. They thought that I didn’t want the burger just the veggies so anyhow, there is a manager Manager, she had me come back into the store her name was Kay. Hands-down, the best service I’ve ever had from a manager, especially someone who has to deal with customers all day long that are never happy with anything. I just definitely wanna point out that she went above and beyond like my fries were in the bag and she even replaced my french fries so that I could have warm fries with our food when it came back out And also gave me a free drink while waiting. I would recommend her employers to read this and definitely know that if I ever have an opening for a manager, I’m gonna scoop her up and take her lol best customer service ever and that’s pretty hard for me to say I don’t usually compliment, especially when I’ve had to go back to the place after already getting home and finding out my order was wrong and calling and being told to come back, it wasn’t like I was just looking at my food and noticed right before I pulled away. No, I drove home and came back and she made it way worth my time. Her personality and treating me the way that she did went above and beyond and I thank her for that because I was having a really rough day. If you’re reading this Kay , thank you.
