Have had multiple bad experiences here, from missing food from order (several times), condiments being on outside of bun instead of on burger (again several times), meat that was dried out like it sat under a lamp all day, extremely long wait times (last visit was over half an hour for 3 quarter pounder meals), to frozen solid breakfast burritos (two different visits several days appart). Have had a few visits that have met standard McDonald's expectations but more bad visits than good.
Avoide if have a choice, the other locations are better

Ordered a fanta pop, they gave me hi-c . I went back for replacement and when I got to window some snarky kid had a complete attitude, waved her Hand up and dropped it back to her side, and then walked away and made somebody else finish the miniscule and simple task. The second kid was VERY pleasant and apologetic and I appreciate their kindness. Will not be back, the one on Laporte does better ffs.

Patience

Night shift is always exceptionally rude, the burgers always seem very salty, and it is very rarely we get served fresh food. Almost always it's fresh attitude instead.

The workers were extremely rude to me and my friends in the drive thru. Pulling through to pay the worker taking payments said the women taking our order was rude to her and other employees and she said she was “just like that” I don’t think anyone should be employed in a workplace that they turn negative and toxic a lot of the other workers are very nice and respectful and patient. If you were wondering the worker being disrespectful was Janella.

I ordered a frozen Coke inside. The possible manager was YELLING at the workers telling them not to wait on people because that is what Kiosk is for. 3 customers were inside, a couple were eating, someone using kiosk & I ordered at register as I was unaware of kiosk. There were 3 cars in one drive thru and 4 cars in other drive thru. Young man at register that took my order was very nice. I felt the manager or whoever she was, was totally out of line to be yelling for an extended period of time. It was embarrassing for all concerned

Went thru drive thru service was don't very inviting. No smile no hello or thank you. Opened my back few blocks away and all my stuff was upside down ...like they just dumped it in there. Fries cold and not done. Sandwich was ok needed more sauce very little on there for big mac.

We were excited that they got our order right! Visited another McDonald's right after school. My grandson was very upset when we got home to find out his double quarter pounder was missing. It was so chaotic in line we didn't check the bag. We ended up going out again to buy another burger. The service was excellent the 2nd time.

Yeah I'm from Texas I get frappes every morning from McDonald's pay extra for a shot of espresso and never got a shot espresso in any of my frappe today I paid for two shots of espresso and never got them in there not unless your coffee is so weak that you can't taste it so I don't recommend frappes with a shot of espresso cuz you're not getting it
