Firstly, I want to say that I really love the recent renovation of the place. It looks neat and clean, and it smells great. The bathroom is also well-maintained and pleasant. When you place an order, it takes just one minute for your food to be ready, and it’s always hot and fresh! I genuinely enjoy coming here.

put a order into the app got there I was in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes before I had to leave to go to work literally two cars moved in that 20 minutes it was taking 5 to 10 minutes per order and course their excuse was for short staffed but the lobby was completely empty

Today I took the family through the drive-through while we were out shopping to grab a quick bite for lunch. I started giving my order and when the items I was listing stopped showing on the order screen I stopped to make sure the person taking our order was still with me. After a long silence and me asking if he could hear me well enough, he replied with a particularly sassy tone, “I was busy talking to someone else”. My husband and I considered this pretty disrespectful considering he told us to go ahead with our order and then ignored us halfway through. When we saw him again at the window it was very obvious that he did not want to be there and had absolutely no hospitality in his manner. In this very busy shopping area, there are many fast food restaurants to choose from and with behavior like this, we will choose differently next time. We’ve been to this location before and never had a problem. I think the establishment itself is doing very well, but just like picking a piece of fruit at the grocery store, if there’s one bad spot on an apple, you’re probably going to pick a different one.
