Today I took the family through the drive-through while we were out shopping to grab a quick bite for lunch. I started giving my order and when the items I was listing stopped showing on the order screen I stopped to make sure the person taking our order was still with me. After a long silence and me asking if he could hear me well enough, he replied with a particularly sassy tone, “I was busy talking to someone else”. My husband and I considered this pretty disrespectful considering he told us to go ahead with our order and then ignored us halfway through. When we saw him again at the window it was very obvious that he did not want to be there and had absolutely no hospitality in his manner. In this very busy shopping area, there are many fast food restaurants to choose from and with behavior like this, we will choose differently next time. We’ve been to this location before and never had a problem. I think the establishment itself is doing very well, but just like picking a piece of fruit at the grocery store, if there’s one bad spot on an apple, you’re probably going to pick a different one.

As I was ordering my McChicken Big Mac, one of the employees pulled me aside and offered me the grimace shake, this was very confusing seeing as the grimace shake is quite out of season. Anyways, love the hospitality!!
Clean relaxed quiet great staff Employees always willing to go tgw extra mike for customers. One of the best I have ever been to consistently performs well.

The food was pretty good, which is why it is so disappointing to that my review is poor. They were putting up decor on top and around the soda machine. They were doing with without shoes on and it was quite gross. I think it could’ve been done at a time customers were not eating food. This is an easy fix, just do that decor before opening or after closing, or at least the decor where you’ll be standing on food areas.
