For all good things I'd heard about this place I was a little disappointed. Big pizza fan and the pizza was so so, but was really disappointed with the service we got. Our waitress was borderline rude. Enough so my wife wanted to complain to management, but we decided to use reduced tip instead.

I have always loved Old Chicago's pizza. It is SO yummy. However, expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your pizza at the Cedar Fall's location. It really does take a looong time, especially on a busy night. This doesn't bother me too much because the pizza is worth the wait, but this is definitely not the place for those in a hurry. Also, they serve late night half price appetizers, which is an awesome deal.

I have enjoyed Old Chicago for years in various locations. This particular restaurant is no different from the others in the chain. I was disappointed by the lack of upfront pricing on their website. When unable to actually visit for a meal it is nice to order in but impossible to plan an order when you have to ask the price of every item you might be interested in ordering. I suppose it is a corporate decision but Old Chicago isn't the type/quality of an establishment to not provide upfront pricing.

Had to wait for buffet-stopped for lunch buffet @ 12:20 pm and only found a couple items on the buffet. Went back after finishing soup to find NO pizzas available. Had to go a 3rd time to get pizza!

Food is pretty good but they need to rotate a few taps. Even the beer board has been stuck at 4 out of 6 beers for a couple of weeks.
