Don’t like to pile on but this place is a health hazard. Stopped in to get some Pancheros and I don’t know if I’ll stop at one again. The glass in front of the food was super dirty and looked to have been that way for days. The service was okay but not friendly. Food was good but not what I paid for it good. Storage room was wide open with all kind of junk just sitting there. Tables didn’t look clean, floor was dirty, and I’m not sure when the last solid deep clean was done. Don’t think I’ll be back for a visit.

DIRTY location. Did not receive the correct order. Out of EVERYTHING, including pop and fillings for burrito. All I received was a burrito with steak and rice DRY af, I ordered a burrito with fajita veggies, jalapeños, sour cream, and guacamole btw. Employee working with a bonnet on. One employee admitted this place “is ghetto”. Manager definitely is not sober. STORE OWNER or WHO EVER LOOKS AT THESE REVIEWS, please do not bother with an “empathetic” reply to this comment; please see your previous “empathetic” comments to the many one star reviews. I have already emailed the applicable individuals. I paid $31 for TWO tortillas with steak and rice. That’s crazy. Not demure, not mindful, not considerate.

we have been here several times but today was the worst experience and I think I’ll stick to the waterloo location. I can’t remember ever pointing out how dirty an establishments doors, windows or sneeze guard are but the doors were so dirty the glass looked foggy. the only employee helping customers was friendly but overshared, and they were out of several popular ingredients and we were willing to wait for them to be made but they clearly weren’t interested in cooking. this location honestly needs either more staff or a different mindset or based on the other similar reviews it will continue to lose business. witnessed probably 10 people walk out during the short time we were there, and I wish we had too. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was less than ideal.

The worst Pancheros in Iowa hands down goes to Cedar Falls, IA. I will get Pancheros in my hometown of Cedar Rapids, or in Marion when I visit my family, or Iowa City when shopping. I will even drive the extra 20min from now on to go to Waterloo just to avoid Cedar Falls. I don’t know why the heck I keep trying this location. There is never a manager on at night and the employees look defeated. The prep line is always dirty and out of something ...rice, queso, beans, today it happened to be tofu. It looks like they maybe clean the glass once a day (being generous) and I’m not sure if the grill or stovetop actually ever gets cleaned with stainless steel and degreaser because it looks like there is 8 years of filth on most of the equipment. Today the employees weren’t rude, very pleasant, but they couldn’t help me because they were out of what I needed and nobody was there for a refund. Half of the time the staff looks like they’d rather be anywhere else, and in fact, most times you can find them out back doing anything else. If you manage to score a burrito with all of your ingredients it’s likely cold. The online ordering never reflects accurate wait times for your food or what ingredients they actually have on hand. I never thought I’d write a novel about where to not eat, especially since it’s a chain I really enjoy everywhere else, but here we are.

I ordered 2 steak quesadillas and 1 chicken quesadilla. They all had a really bad after taste, tasted like old cheese or cheese been sitting out for so long. We couldn’t not finish are food. I went up and asked they said it’s new cheese never asked to remake it or anything.

Food is decent, but the staff isn't always friendly, and the last couple of times, the music has been way too loud.

Never get delivery from this location. The food you get looks like they put the tortilla across the room and tried to throw the ingredients onto it. Always soaked in liquid and missing ingredients. This place has gone downhill lately.

Might be the worst restaurant in the whole cedar valley. It boggles my mind that it is still open.

I worked at this location over a year ago and I'm not surprised one bit that this place is still horrible. it's not only a terrible place to eat but a terrible place to work. I only worked for this company for a week because it was such a toxic work environment. the GM as well as like 3 team leads at the time were always hostile every time I worked. they talked about assaulting the employees who didn't show up. they also went on frequent smoke breaks and cussed a lot yet I got sent home for a poor attitude. well sorry for getting sick of being in such a hostile environment. I really don't know how and why this location is not closed yet because it needs to be. a year and still nothing but complaints.

I don't know why I go back. I've worked in food service before, you don't have to enjoy your job, but every time I go in the employees act like their pet just died. The employees slap your food together, get queso, rice, and toppings all over the tortilla and wrapper before wrapping it up. And I had to ask for a bag to carry my stuff out. This place sucks.

Was very disappointed with the service I had received from this store. The people working were very rude. It never fails that they’re always out of something. They are always out of ice by 7:00 pm, when you know that all they have to do is just fill the machine back up again. I got a quesadilla and the girl who made it completely burnt it. The whole backside was black and it tasted awful. After I received my food we wanted to sit down and eat it but they said the seating area is closed, even though the place doesn’t close for another three hours. The staff was very rude when I asked as well. I love Panch but the Cedar Falls location is always a horrible experience
