The restaurant was very clean.Although the food tasted a little bit like cleaning products for whatever reason. The staff didn't have much prepared because they weren't very busy, they offered to make whatever I wanted fresh.The staff was SO FRIENDLY and welcoming with big smiles and seemed happy to be at work.

Multiple times placing an online order and it is never ready at the time of pick up. 20 minutes after the fact, still standing here waiting. There were more than enough workers to keep up with the demands of the customers.

Just look at how the area leadership responds to management candidates, after recruiting and interviewing them for MANAGEMENT positions. How can you have someone take their time for a 100k interview and offer $19!?!? Could not believe my eyes when I saw this on Reddit. I’ll be boycotting and will encourage everyone else to do so until amy is fired. Avoid avoid avoid.

when I went I order 2 bigger plates and a bowl paid for it left and realized I only had one bigger plate went back and they said they couldn't help me and didn't give me the food I paid for bad customer service is bad when the manger was talking to me she said she could check the cameras but then walked away and started cooking food again

A+ service dog experience. As they should all employees ignored my service dog.However, they were out of and had to make the same entree for two of us. After finishing the rest of our meals I had to go to the counter to see if the entree was ready yet. It was and was being served to others. Even though they weren't busy on the food line they couldn't let us know it was ready or bring it out to us.
