Thank you for delivering food to us while our road is under construction, my boyfriend can hardly walk so it’s much appreciated, especially when I’m at work. Everyone is going to complain about the price but everything everywhere has gone up so I’ll continue to eat here, food is always good and consistent. Just wish they could serve soup before 10.

Visited on 6/14/23 between 3:05pm-3:30pm. Haven't been to a Panera in over a decade. Only downsides were the prices for what you get. $15 for a footlong sandwich (mostly bread) & bag of chips + small soda. Only downside with service was didn't receive my drink glass after placing my order... folks who came in after were walking by with their cups, had to go back to ask for mine while I was waiting for my order.

Food is ok. I don't feel it's as good as it used to be , say 10 years ago. Not easy to find a clean table when it's busy. My main complaint is the cost. I ordered a "pick2" entree, a fountain drink, and a reduced price pastry and the bill was a little over $20! Not worth it ?. They do offer the best fruit cup of any fast food place I've been to.
Service is much better at this location then I get at the next nearest location. Food is fresh and good. Love sip club, great value iIf you work nearby.

Last 2 times I came in to get a salad labeled as vegetarian, there were pieces of chicken in it despite saying explicitly we did not want chicken. Actually felt a little sick this past time because I must have missed some before I noticed it. They also gave me bread as a default without asking which side I wanted. Maybe it was on me for not disclosing that I'm allergic to gluten, but still was not given a choice.Vegetarian options: Chicken in the vegetarian salad both times I've ordered it. They don't seem to be careful about this at all, and given that it's happened twice, it almost seems intentional.Dietary restrictions: Am allergic to gluten and was not given a choice on sides. They just gave me bread and didn't tell me that it came with it. I probably should not have even eaten the salad at that point but they're too expensive not to.

Had a you pick 2: Asian chicken salad..delivered with ZERO chicken …the rest of my you pick two: TURKEY sandwich..delivered with ZERO turkey on it..just 2 slices of bread with lettuce + cucumber..”I can give you a refund “ is they all offered..worst service and management by far…ZERO

We had bagels and Asiago cheese bread delivered. The Asiago bread was so small it fit into my hand! What the heck is that. Should have been 3x that size. Very disappointed and not coming back..you just lost a very good customer!

Severely overpriced for what we got. I bumped it up to three from one because, in all honesty, the staff was awesome. Super nice, super accommodating, and they created a wonderful, friendly atmosphere. But Panera, your food ain't made of gold
