I went with my Dad before a Panthers basketball game. We both had Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Except on ours we had banana peppers and mushrooms instead of green peppers and onions. The sandwiches were excellent! The only thing I didn't like was that all the booth tables were kind of dirty when we got there. But the overall experience was awesome!

I have fallen in love with this place! If you want a good Philly sandwich you definitely need to go here ... Oh my goodness you won't be disappointed!Parking: They are next to a car lot and in a small strip mall area... However there are plenty of parking options here!Kid-friendliness: They do have good kid options as well! The right size portions for kiddos as wellWheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessibility at this location
Walked in on a Friday night just before 8:00 - it looked they were getting ready to close. Tables were stacked with chairs as if they wanted to go home. Walked up to order the lady who took our order was the most unfriendly person I have ever seen behind a counter. She was very rude to other employees - she shouldn’t be supervising anyone. The food resembled the atmosphere and her attitude. We ordered chicken phillys - the chicken resembled a hockey puck before she started grilling - taste was close too. Won’t be going back.

My husband just purchased 2 bowls. You'd think that at 6:00pm, dinner would be hit and ready to serve. Wellllll....NO! Our dinner cost approximately $30.00. It was so COLD that the cheese was nowhere near melting. And the rice was so UNDERDONE that it crunched! You've lost a customer.

Everything was fantastic except the floors were ridiculously sticky even though it was clearly mopped, just not well.

The guy working counter at register couldnt get anything right. They all acted like they dont like there job there. I wasnt asked if i wanted anything on my Philly when it was done. Ordered 2 fries and only got one so had to reask for the 2nd one still waited till 2 ppl where helped before i got my 2nd frie never had bad serivce here 8/25/23

Staff argued and swore in front of children and families after we have been coming here for months buying 6+ sandwiches at a time. Asked to talk to the supervisor and was again cursed out by the "manager" and then she walked in back. Check the cameras this was an absolute joke.Staff argued they gave us all the food however a sub was missing and it was instantly our fault. No help and said the "GM was told and said we cant help you" but then was told no GM was on site.This is why you lose business and people don't come back. Absolutely embarassing to see from staff. I have pics and video and might do a YouTube video. We went from spending a few hundred a week to 0. Good luck.
