Each food item ordered came fast and hot. Looked good and tasted great. A burger, a tenderloin and Mexican salad.

I had a tenderloin and I like them thin...
They made it perfect.

My whole family loves Pepper’s. Their Black & Bleu burger is probably my favorite in the Cedar Valley. Cheese curds are great too, I believe they’re Hanson’s! The restaurant is always clean and we have never had an issue with staff or our food. We never wait for a table either yet the place is always pretty busy! Definitely worth a try.

Great chicken tenders probably the best in iowa. Though the second time coming here we were seated upstairs and the staff forgot about us for about 20 to 30 minutes. I flagged one server down and told them the problem, but it was still unresolved. My friend had to go downstairs and speak with the front of desk staff before someone would help us.

Reid was a super server! A+

I had the worst experience at peppers. I have been here plenty of times but today has been one of the worst experiences! we didn’t see our server for 40minutes! I had to go up to the manager two times! Still didn’t see here for about 20min after even talking to the manager! horrible experience!! I will not be going back!

I always come here for tenderloins when I'm back in the area from Ohio, as we cannot get them there. I ordered take out tenderloins as they were always so good. I was deeply disappointed in the tenderloins I received. They were so thin and overcooked. You could actually see thru them. Barely any meat at all. Spent $40 for 2 tenderloins and breaded mushrooms. Their tenderloins used to be so thick and juicy. What happened to the quality of their tenderloins? Time to find a new place.

My favorite local restaurant in Cedar Falls! The chicken is amazing and the fries complement them very well. It gets a little busy and loud depending on when you’re there, but it’s worth!

Went here after reading a Google review. A girl by the name Maggie Austin flagged this restaurant for a bad Philly cheese steak ... except it was 80 percent eaten ... and they did not say anything to the owner or staff..
I went in and they were very nice and food was great . Keep up the good work .

I went there last night with my husband for dinner. The waitress was training a new guy. That's fine I understand that. We got our food. No one came back to see how the food was. Normally nice restaurants come back after you have had a couple bites to see if it tastes ok or not. No one did this. My husband's food was fine. I ordered the chef salad. After getting into a couple bites the lettuce was clearly old. It was badly wilted and had brown spots on it. Well I wasn't gonna eat this. When they finally came back with the bill they asked if I wanted a to go container. I said no the food was disgusting. The waitress went for the manager. She came over after waiting some time and I explained the situation. She asked if I wanted something else. I declined. My husband already ate. Had the waitress been back I might have asked for something else. But I never got that opportunity. The manager offered a refund. We have eaten here before from time to time on prime rib night and it was good. But clearly I was being passed some old lettuce. Very disappointed. It will be a long time before we come back if ever. I gave only one star because of the refund. I stopped for fast food on the way home.

Don’t get the potato skins.. they were shaved potato strips with a weird dusting of grated cheese on top with wet bacon. It was very odd
