I've always had great service and food from the location on University Avenue in Cedar Falls and have been a customer of that location for almost four years. The orders are always correct, on time, and cooked appropriately. The employees in store and delivery are polite, efficient, and helpful.

Pizza Hut, in general, has gone downhill over the years. Their pizzas used to be the best anywhere, but now they are below average at best..HOWEVER... this location is an exception to other Pizza Huts.The staff here is top notch and the pan pizza ALWAYS great.Meat Lover's Pan Pizza is THE only way to go.I've yet to get a bad pizza from this location.I wish there was a dine-in Pizza Hut here in Cedar Falls, like in Decorah and Prairie Du Chien.Pizza Hut also needs to bring back the Priazzo.
