Pizza Ranch

These photos do not depict how dirty the dining room and buffet areas were. Idk if they were understaffed or what but there was no hot foot, no salad bar and the whole place was super dirty. Lower your prices if this is what your offering.

Salad bar was empty. Chicken was almost empty..

Lisa was terrific in making our large party of 12 ordering process a breeze.

Best chicken, white as good as the dark. Table cleaner was Johnny on the spot.

Its a good family place to eat. Staff is always friendly and the food is good especially the chicken (love those chicken wings) and potatos and gravy. I lile their desert aisle and to top it off with some ice cream. It would be nice if they could add a new dish once in a while. You do definately get your moneys worth.

Foods always good. Wish there were more options being a buffet. Last visit it took nearly until we were ready to leave before a requested Supreme pizza was made for us.

This chicken is better then KFC I order to go also best ever come on over to this location friendly and clean I dine in and took some home to go you wouldn't be disappointed here.

Lisa at the front desk had a terrible attitude and was rolling her neck while talking us and slamming stuff. We come to pizza ranch all the time and never have such a horrible experience.

Lisa was very rude and customer service skills are horrific. I don’t know if I will be a returning customer.

The staff was so polite and helpful. The gentleman collecting plates is so funny . He always likes to joke around. The food was absolutely delicious.

Great night

The worst Pizza Ranch I’ve been to. They asked if we had any requests , so I asked if they could have ranch chips, since I am allergic to wheat and milk (all pizza), and she said they only take requests for pizza. I would have given them a 1, but one of the employees was very polite and helpful in letting me know what items I couldn’t have by checking ingredients and getting me some bbq sauce. All the other Pizza Ranches have been very helpful and put out the items I request as there only a few things I can have. They will often make me a plate of the chips and give it directly to me. We have had issues with this restaurant before, and they do not respond when I message them directly. The only reason we went here today was because my grandson requested Pizza Ranch, and it would have been too late by the time we drove to Waverly or Independence (the best in our opinion).
