A bridal shower was booked from 2-4. Day of they try to remove us @ 3. We hadn't even received the pizzas. Next they come in and say all reservations are for 1 HR 30 minutes..

I'd give it a zero star but it wouldn't let me. It was my first time ever at a pizza ranch and I'll probably never go to one again. Place was filthy. Food in with different foods. Food all over the floors by tables. We walked past several tables to find one to sit at and we had to just sit at the least dirtiest one. I needed to use the restroom and that was a mistake. Poop splatter in both stalls. ON the seats. Toilet paper in and outside the bathrooms. 10/10 don't recommend this place. Also nobody came to get our plates. Let the front end guy know the place was Dookie on the way out.

Ate here on Tuesday, tables dirty, no one bussing them, customers were waiting for table, they had 3 bottles of ranch on the salad bar, all 3 were empty and no one refilling them, this place has seemed to really go downhill since they put the arcade in

Worse place ever. You spend $52.32 for food that was cold. Chicken burnt was there over 30 minutes never replaced gravy nor dressing. Pizza look like it had been there for hours when it came to cheese . Coke machine by the seating no ice. Desert pizza 3 pieces and never replenished. I will never set a foot in there again and nor will I allow my child participate in a school fundraiser here. Food on the floor from where people sat and still was not cleaned by the time I walked out the door. Literally the health department needs to go look at this place of business.

We've been there several times. Most of the time, the tables need to be wiped off before we can sit at them. They need to do a better job of keeping the buffet stocked. Decent food but slow on getting the orders out to customers.

They didn't even have ice in the drinks machine, and the ice cream machine didn't even work! And that's the only reason I'm going, I'm not going back to that place! Worthy mothers!

Went here with my son for lunch and it was terrible literally right at lunch alota dirty tables, both pop machines had no ice customers were using silverware to un jam the machine to get ice. There was hardly ANY food pizza old almost gone chicken there was 2 PCs left and it wasn’t even noon. For $35 for 2 people this is absolutely RIDCULIOUS for a business.let alone a buffet on a Sunday at lunch. We won’t be back.

This is even a generous rating. This will be the last time coming here. Everytime, and I mean EVERY time, we are here there is NEVER ice, the ice cream machine is always broken. Always having to track someone down for silverware. The salad bar could be great, but it is dirty, and never has what you need. It is constantly out of a lot of items and you have to track someone down to fill it and then wait wait wait. Including the actual salad, dressing, you name it. Several people were frustrated. We keep trying to give this place a chance to get it together and just not happening. Someone needs to fix it. We def won’t be back.
You have to try it to see if you like it.
