Having been there over the lunch hour..was enjoying our meal until employee Lisa came over and accused me of " taking out chicken".. and chocolate cookie. let me tell you I have never been threatened like that as I am 75 yrs old. She was just an employee who should have went to her manager IF she thought that not come to table all nasty and threatened to bar us if ever did it again. normally love pizza ranch as a quick buffet, yesterday was not the case! NEVER has I seen it soooo bad.. noone knew what was supposed to be happening.. there was no food on the buffet and if food showed up there was no plates or silverware.. for the increased prices was very disappointing to see poor quality. After about a half hour wait we finally gave up hopes of getting something to eat.. so paid for flat no ice soda 😒 I do not know what has happened to staffing there...read full review

Pizza Ranch FunZone Arcade used to be a favorite spot, but since the arcade opened, it has declined. The restaurant often lacks staff and the dining area is dirty. Prices have increased, but the chicken still tastes good. Some experiences are positive, with friendly table-clearing staff and cashiers. However, the kitchen can be slow and inconsistent, sometimes serving dry food left under heat lamps. Dessert options may also be limited.
