Our out of state group made a reservation for the upstairs for Our large group of @30 . 6 pm-9 I would have given no stars, but One star rating is for the wait staff. She was great, apologized for the kitchen losing the order slips. After placing orders @6, we still didn’t get served 2 hours later. When they did bring food to our table, only 2 of the 4 were served. Half of the 30 never got their meals and ended up leaving. I finally got mine to go 3 hrs later.

Yesterday, I had the chance to visit Pump Haus Pub and Grill on Main Street in Cedar Falls, Iowa, and it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, perfect for a family outing. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I decided to go with a burger, and I was not disappointed—it was juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The bun was fresh, and the toppings were just the right balance. It paired perfectly with a cold drink, and the portion size was generous. The overall vibe of the place was laid-back, and the combination of good food and great service made it a memorable dining experience. I’ll definitely be going back again soon!

Been here a couple times, the food has been okay in the past. A few of us were really excited to order the pulled pork mac and cheese, some ordered the mac and cheese as a side. Even the picture for online ordering shows a completely different Mac and cheese. I attached what the Mac and cheese looks like when you order online, versus the essentially Kraft (both by look and taste) that we got. Extremely misleading and very disappointing.

This place has it all. Fun place to hang out. Great food! Cold drinks. It was afternoon and I had not had lunch, I was thinking about a burger but asked the bartender, his recommendation. He said the burrito and curly chips for the side, great choice! It was so good, burrito had so much flavor and the chips were perfect. Just what I need today. Five star. I will back again and again!

Don’t know about the food but sat for about 10 min. And the waitress walk by me at least 5 times and never said anything to me so I left.

Beautiful place with much potential. However we waited for an hour to get the totchos and poutine that we ordered( a French fry and tater tot dish). If the food had been amazing we wouldn’t have minded. But....both were warmish yes appeared to have been sitting awhile as the cheese was hardening again. Very disappointing!!

I loved the tenderloin sandwich. They are difficult to get in the south where they fry everything but that. The beef fajita salad was very highly recommended.
