Hadn't been to Pump Haus in decades.... there are several great options in downtown Cedar Falls. Easy to forget some of the possibilities, but met up with some friends here. Had a burger topped with pulled pork and fries along with a couple of Surf Zombies. I was impressed. Attentive service and delicious food. I don't expect I'll wait decades to get back there.

Was about to get up and leave because nobody helped us after sitting down. Finally someone comes walking over slowly asks if we've been helped. When I said no she asked for drinks. Took 10 minutes to get those. The time she came back with drinks and menus we'd already found the menu online and knew what we wanted. Then another waitress brought the food. Had no silverware or napkins so had to ask for that. Nobody came to check on anything until done with food. Both ladies were unfriendly and obviously don't care about any type of decent service.

We are in town overnight and met up with some in town family here. It was a busy night in the downtown, so maybe that had something to do with how it went. The restaurant was really loud. We did sit upstairs where it was a bit quieter. Our server seemed baffled by our beer orders and didn't know what was on tap. We waited a length of time to have her come and take our food orders and even longer for it to arrive. When it came, everything was either luke warm or cold. It did, however, taste just fine. The server that brought our food didn't smile or speak loud enough to be heard. It wasn't like it was bad....it just wasn't great.

Alexis was the best. I was CC alone. Hungry and wanted dinner. She actually sat with me a few minutes and chatted. I really appreciated that!!! It made me feel so comfortable! Thanks Alexis.

My friends and I went here before we went out partying to pre-game but also get some food before hand as well. The drinks were great and the food even better. I loved their breaded chicken tenderloin and the fries here are delicious. Highly recommend!

Great Service and food, absolutely horrible management. They add hidden fees and refuse to explain them. After my previous review they CALLED ME WORKPLACE to tell me to delete my review. Mind you I do not work at all in relation to this business so them calling MY boss to have me take down my review is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not surprised that they have barely any low star reviews as they literally threaten you if you write anything bad about them

Pricey. We spent $100 including tip and 3 beers each for 2 people. It was as expected for Cedar Falls. Expensive bar food.Parking: Parked behind the place and came in the back door.
