Pop/Soda machine is always broken. Starting to become the new McDonald's ice cream machine that is broken more times than what it works.

Food was fine, but they did not honor the promo of a free tender with box combo for 7/27 even though it was on the receipt. Drove out of our way specifically for this deal only to have both meals missing the extra

A hip fast food restaurant, with excellent chicken strips! Not processed, but white chunk meat, with an awesome breading! Really good. The crinkle fries were mediocre, but the coleslaw, sweet tea, and bread were very good! The atmosphere is well done with local celebrity info and a pop culture vibe. Service was quick and efficient. Our first and very good experience.

Chicken was served hot!!! Got it to go and they were very accommodating with the meal, didn't want fries so we were able to switch those out for an extra piece of bread.

First time ever at a Raising Canes restaurant and after ordering we see a sign that the soda machine was “out of ice” so all soda tasted flat and when we asked if we could do lemonade instead we were told “it’s normally an up charge” by one girl working behind the counter in a snarky attitude. We were not informed of this when ordering otherwise we would have not chosen soda. Needless to say - we probably will never try Raising Canes again if this is type of customer service they employ.

I have loved Raising Cane's since my first visit several years ago. The food this day was excellent. However, this was also my first time ordering inside and their soda machine was not working properly. The ice maker was broke. So any soda you got was warm and flat tasting. I still filled my cup. As soon as I tasted it outside it went straight to the garbage. My nieces who ordered thru the drive thru were at the pickup window and the gentlemen there heard me complaining and offered to replace my medium drink with a large one. Thank you.
