These kids can’t make a simple order correctly. I don’t know how many time you have to tell someone to put almond milk in a drink for them to figure it out but obviously I didn’t say it enough times. And after asking AGAIN when I got to the window there was uncertainty. We go to scooters exclusively because we trust that you can follow a basic request. Pathetic.

The staff on first street is amazing, honestly. We are regulars and so are our pups. Always incredibly fast service, and always exactly what we want. The egg bites are always a hit and the turtle late is my recent go to!

The girls working here at the CF location are so pleasant and friendly. The coffee was great, fast, and they are happy to personalize it. I was in town for a week and stopped every day, and each time had great service.
Just placed a large order, staff was so kind, orders were perfect, and it was fast!

Staff is nice but the coffee keeps me away, unfortunately a smile can't fix terrible coffee. Treats aren't that bad however so if your meeting someone there, get something other than coffee and try some food XD

Kristy the general manger is amazing! Great at making conversation in the drive through and let me try the new kids sugar cookie this morning! Definitely like both Cedar Falls locations better than the Waterloo location! Only thing I hate is no more red bull infusions:( don’t go nearly as much as I used to! But love the Cedar Falls locations and staff!!
