I’m there at closing and the girls behind the counter said that they throw away the cupcakes after 7, yet when I ask for a discount to buy 1-2 dozen for a church event they refuse. Then bad talk me to each other before I leave. Wow! Will not be back, someone needs to teach those girls to learn respect and kindness.

I ordered cupcakes from Scratch Cupcakery by email. I had talked with the manager in Iowa City previously, but I wanted a BIG order, and she told me I'd have to get in touch with their general manager regarding shipping costs. So I sent an email through their online portal, and got a reply from their general manager. We emailed back and forth a few times to solidify details, and eventually settled on delivery of 24 dozen cupcakes of all different flavors. Make no mistake, there's a cupcake place in Sioux Falls, but it doesn't even compare to Scratch Cupcakery. It would be like having a Hostess® cupcake in comparison. I included a few pictures of our scrumptious morsels below, but let me just say, if you want chocolate, there's no better cupcake in this life, in my opinion, than Devil's Cheesecake. I'm just saying. Chocolate cake, layered with chocolate cheesecake, layered with some indescribably delicious chocolate cream cheese buttercream frosting, then drizzled with dark chocolate ganache, and dark chocolate chips mixed throughout, just for good measure? I was hooked just READING about it, but the TASTE is SO MUCH BETTER than you can possibly imagine, and I imagined a lot, I'm telling you!! Just get online and read some of their creations. If you order, or head to a store, you won't be disappointed!

Picked up a couple dozen cupcakes for a work event today. The clerk was friendly and attentive. I was impressed that she even asked about potential food allergies of our team while assembling the selections.

I loved the staff they were so sweet and the cupcakes are so good and so is the frosting. Spent 3 dollars for a nice cupcake, prices are really good as well.

We were there 4hrs before closing and had an extremely limited selection and super unfriendly behind the counter.

Great cupcakes

Went to an event last night and had the best cupcakes ever!!! I’ve had them before but they were just so delicious this time. Thanks for all you do for Cedar Falls!!

Red velvet cheesecake and chocolate chocolate chip are my favorite. I wish they shipped out of state.

Best cupcakes I've ever had! We live 3 hours away and always pick up cupcakes when we are in town.
