If you have any type of food allergy, would not recommend. When ordering ahead cupcakes for a party, I made It VERY clear and the lady made note, do NOT mix ones with nuts with the ones without nuts. Those who made and packaged the cupcakes? Did the exact opposite saying they forgot. It was written, highlighted, and underlined by the worker who took the order stating allergies. The worker who packed everything apologized and simply moved the ones with nuts to the other box asking if that was fine. Stated we didn’t really have a choice thanks to cross contamination and those with nut allergens (myself included) just wouldn’t be able to eat them. Lady said “Oh, didn’t think about that. I’m sorry”. No refund, nothing. While they were super nice and everyone said the cupcakes tasted great, I’d expect more care with clearly stated allergens on an order that was done 2 weeks ahead of time to prepare for. Myself and others were pretty disappointed.

One dozen fabulous cupcakes were delivered to me as a gift. My daughter placed the order and raved about the friendly helpful service she received at Scratch Cupcakery in Cedar Falls. The cupcakes were so fresh and delicious it's hard to pick a favorite. Chocolate covered almond, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry were exceptional. I will definitely recommend to others.

Love this place! The people working are always so nice and helpful. I have never had a bad cupcake. I live in Colorado and every time I am in Cedar Falls I always stop to get some cupcakes for my co-workers. I have never received a bad word from my co-workers. At this point they almost expect it when they know I have gone on vacation to Iowa.

The staff is very kind and I love this place I love their food. I'm disabled or handicapped so I have trouble sometimes opening the front door I use a rolling walker by Hugo and they are always so helpful and kind to me I haven't been there in a while I'm due to go back I'm jonesing for Scratch Cupcakery cupcakes

Stopped in yesterday afternoon and was greeted by an enthusiastic young lady (wish I would have gotten her name so I could give her credit). She treated me like I was her most important customer of the day, and all I purchased was ONE cupcake. Seriously folks, these cupcakes are always fresh and tasty. Check it out.
