Worth a try!
Great craft beer and service!
We walked by and saw they had a special for not your average nachos! You get two beers and nachoes for $20! This is a great deal! So we stop in got two great beers, nachoes, and some lemonade for the DD.
Great Drinks and Great staff. Chris served me and he was super friendly!

The location and surrounding venue is inviting. The beer at this Taproom is worth a visit. I was unsure how I would appreciate the offerings when I saw all the sours touted on the website. If you are a stout fan the ZMD is a must try. It could easily be added to your list of favorite beers. Any brewery in the county would be hard pressed to beat the full flavor profile and intense mouthfeel of this beer.

My go to place for good beer (esp sours) when I'm in the area!
The beer quality is the prize here. An outstanding sour named "Ring Around the Gose", a solid lager named "Gable", and of course there's "Tip the Cow" for the dark coffee beer craving. The Waterloo location menu items are unique and tasty. A local sweet spot that you always hope will get enough business to remain open. A perfect reward for a tired, thirsty cyclist. Please enjoy Single Speed brewery. See you there.
We love SingleSpeed! We particularly enjoy sitting on the parkade in Cedar Falls in a nice summer evening sipping some fine beer. Today we had the Gable and the new Cherry Sour. Gable is classic and so nice. My wife really enjoyed the sour.
I stopped through Cedar Falls after a day of moving out of my house. I didn’t end up staying at SingleSpeed for long since I was looking for food and nothing sparked my interest, BUT the bartender/waitress that I spoke to was incredibly nice and accommodating. She suggested other places I could try! Thank you stranger, and thank you SingleSpeed for having such a great staff!
