Cedar Falls Store 1052 Pharmacy staff intentionally neglects customers health needs for their own leisure.
They also request that you pay up front (cash) for any partial refill service, which is already covered by insurance.
Once, you're told things are ready to go. You arrive and nothing is ready and they tell you to wait.
Upon speaking with Ben, whose supposed to be a Manager, about the services not being completed as you were told. Nothing gets resolved. But Bens wants to loudly assert that all these services are "FOR FREE" as if they don't get paid by insurance and they are doing it out of good will.
Exactly the opposite is true. Ben will make it seem that you are doing him a disservice and that he is paying you. He will not direct the other staff to do their jobs correctly or purposefully. So he allows the neglect to continue. But he does want everyone to know that what they are doing is "FOR FREE". This is because everything at Hy-Vee cost more than what they charge for their merchandise or items. It cost you your time, patience, neglect to your health, and money.
So yourself a favor and just get services and merchandise elsewhere that respects you're the paying customer and want to just live your life without being hurt or abused by others.

Visited on 6/10/23 between 1:50pm-2:00pm. This location is inside the Hy-vee (former Walmart anchor spot to the College Square dead Mall). Staff was friendly \\u0026 efficient. Downside is the prices for what you get. Almost $6 for a small specialty iced coffee (12oz).

Ordered a cake and asked it to be Valentines Day themed with happy birthday written on it. THIS is what I received. They totally just pulled it out of the case and wrote on it quick. Will not be ordering from them anymore. ☺️

Waited 20 min for a mobile order. Longer than other people that ordered in the store and in the drive thru line. Usually very quick. Didn't make my order until I told them my name... never had that issue before.

Walked in for a mobile order, 1st time and I just wanted to ask where to pick up or do I wait in line, 2 ppl looked at me and turned around, I’m standing at the cashiers counter may I add, 2 more ppl walk I. Stand next to me and they get waited on!! I simply asked “where do I pick up mobile Order”? She said you’ll have to wait I’m waiting on someone! Seriously!! I said yeah I been standing here with a simple ? If they wanted to be rude I would have even excepted a point in the direction to stand. But the nice customer told me where to pick up my mobile order. 10/2/2020 11:12am the taller lady (employee) ugh you have wonderful customer service NOT My recommendation for service ZERO

I was there this morning, and I was getting me and my mom a drink. I asked for very light ice and she made it exactly how I asked. Her name was Kinzie L. She was so very nice, and so sweet. Thank you Kinzie L.
