I'm not a fan of Allie. She seems very rude to people, especially to disabled folks and moreso the manager I saw a pronoun pin on. And she keeps mentioning God a lot with customers. Isn't that behavior not allowed in workplaces nowadays? Idk it feels like bigotry somehow and that's definitely worth a Hostile Work Environment lawsuit I think..

Subcity is by far the best sub shop around! The subs are fresh, the service is friendly and clean cut, and the place was fast. Oh I almost forgot to mention the prices are AMAZING!! STOP GOING TO SUBWAY, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY.. SUBCITY IS WHERE ITS AT!!

I typically go to the location in Waterloo. I decided to go to this location because it was closer to my job. Well.... the young lady that was propping the meats and cheese was a bit rude. I asked for a sub in a tub. The first issue, she didn't weigh my meat or cheese. She sliced 2 pieces of cheese and 3 pieces of meat. I think she caught wind that I know it was wrong and then she went back and redid the cheese and meat. I got to the toppings portion, I asked for the works. 1 slice is tomato, half a hand off lettuce, 1 slice of onion, a ton of peppers (weird). I asked for oil, vinegar, and Chipotle ranch. Then she added more lettuce after realizing the salad was thin! I get to the register and was asked do you want chips, drink, or brownie. No have a good day or nothing! Maybe I caught them on a bad day. I don't know. But, I will remain at the Waterloo location!

Good food, be ready for a wait in line though if you aren't first. Definitely different than subway or other sub/sandwich shops. This was my first time here, it was definitely different when walking into a line and you have a person for every station making part of the sandwich. The staff were respectful and quick with making the subs. I will definitely stop again! Huge menu and many different options.
