Manager called the cops and tried to have someone arrested for not paying their bill. Later to find out they did, the manager just made a massive mistake. Gave the customer a small coupon for almost having her arrested.. if you choose to eat here, keep your receipts or you might end up in jail for paying your bill.

Very friendly staff, incredible food, great family atmosphere, didn't know they had Texas Roadhouse in Iowa since From Louisiana and it's just as good as the south.... Definitely will be going back time and time again... Thank you staff for being so amazing 😍

I visited this location today with my cousin for lunch. Everyone was very friendly and short wait time. Our server Madyson was great. Our steak came out not cooked to our liking but she quickly took them back and had them re made and they were delicious.

I had a bug in my margarita and told the bartender. She looked at it for a minute and said she would remake it. I ordered a meal to-go from the bar as the last FOUR times I ordered it to eat there I asked for the mash potatoes to be hot and they came out cold. The only solution is they could remake them according to them so I ate my meal in sections as it came out “hot.” No refunds!
My meal did not come out “to go” tonight and came out regular. I said I ordered it to go. The bartender said the kitchen never reads the tickets (I stated that is frustrating as a customer and she said it is for her…well I am the one paying.). After 10 min of it coming out but not to-go I asked where it was and they went to check. Another five minutes and I was brought it…..COLD! Good thing I ordered it to go so I can microwave a $25 meal!
It is chicken, mash potatoes, corn and a marg. Do better for your loyal customers!
I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS MANAGEMENT!!! On the 15th, my girlfriend and I ordered steaks for my birthday dinner, (medium and medium-rare) is how we placed the order! This is absolutely raw and unacceptable and unsanitary to serve. After we called explaining our situation they WOULD NOT REFUND ME!!!! They either offered us $7 appetizer for a $50 order or told us to bring our steaks backs, which goes against soooo many health code violations!! The steaks reached an unsafe temp, and they contaminated our food, their grills, and other people’s food on the grill!! We are both now battling food poisoning and are in disbelief with this establishment. Keep in mind we love Texas Roadhouse and have never had an issue here before now. There needs to be an update on the knowledge for cooks to check food properly, and for management to know what is right and how to handle situations and health codes!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! FIX IT PLEASE

Food was okay we were unable to enjoy our dinner though as our server Madyson smelled extremely bad. Not sure if it was her breath or she needed to see a doctor about her down stairs area but the fishy smell was unbearable whenever she came to the table!👎🏼

Literly shaking im so pissed. First of all we got an appetizer that had a table spoon worth of grease on the plate. Then we get our entries and my girls potatoes has a full cup of unmelted cheese so we get it reheated. It took 15 minutes and us bringing it up to get it back and it was so burnt we peeled the cheese off like a damn turtle shell. Never got offered a refill and our server swept under our table as we were waiting for a manger SLAMMING the broom onto the dustpan. Waited another 10 minutes still no manager so we just paid and left 0/10 I’m never coming back.
