I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS MANAGEMENT!!! On the 15th, my girlfriend and I ordered steaks for my birthday dinner, (medium and medium-rare) is how we placed the order! This is absolutely raw and unacceptable and unsanitary to serve. After we called explaining our situation they WOULD NOT REFUND ME!!!! They either offered us $7 appetizer for a $50 order or told us to bring our steaks backs, which goes against soooo many health code violations!! The steaks reached an unsafe temp, and they contaminated our food, their grills, and other people’s food on the grill!! We are both now battling food poisoning and are in disbelief with this establishment. Keep in mind we love Texas Roadhouse and have never had an issue here before now. There needs to be an update on the knowledge for cooks to check food properly, and for management to know what is right and how to handle situations and health codes!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! FIX IT PLEASE

Food was okay we were unable to enjoy our dinner though as our server Madyson smelled extremely bad. Not sure if it was her breath or she needed to see a doctor about her down stairs area but the fishy smell was unbearable whenever she came to the table!👎🏼

Literly shaking im so pissed. First of all we got an appetizer that had a table spoon worth of grease on the plate. Then we get our entries and my girls potatoes has a full cup of unmelted cheese so we get it reheated. It took 15 minutes and us bringing it up to get it back and it was so burnt we peeled the cheese off like a damn turtle shell. Never got offered a refill and our server swept under our table as we were waiting for a manger SLAMMING the broom onto the dustpan. Waited another 10 minutes still no manager so we just paid and left 0/10 I’m never coming back.

I always get TR whenever I come to Cedar Falls for business and it has always been amazing…until tonight. My steak was so tough I couldn’t cut it or chew it. Ended up throwing it away. The salad and rolls are always amazing and the potato is a potato. Super disappointed tonight.

Came here with my family for my brother's 21st birthday. The service was great. They were super busy but the waitress was in top of things and super mindful of my allergies. I got the fried catfish and was not very happy with it. It didn't feel done to my liking so I ended up taking it home and air frying it. The fried pickles were good and of course the buns are always a hit.

To be fair I did get there in peak business hours, and it was very busy. When I checked in the hostess would not take my name said there was a 2 to 3 hour wait for a table said I could wait for a place at bar to open. After a hour wait it did. Steak although good was over cooked. The bar staff were very efficient and friendly.

This place has been such a disappointment. We usually order take-out, but we almost NEVER get nice fluffy buttery rolls like we do when we eat inside. 90% of the time they’re overcooked, dry, and lukewarm. (I think they pack up the rolls first for your order so they sit and get cold until the rest of your food is done.) I’ve also gotten sour cream instead of regular butter a couple times which really sucks because I don’t find out until we are home and it’s too late to swap it out. PLEASE stop burning the rolls for take-out, it’s the only reason we go to TRH.

We arrived at 3:30 today and it was packed! Got seated in about fifteen minutes and had the best service, even with all their business. Our waitress Meghan was the sweetest, and a couple of the staff thanked us on the way out! Our food was absolutely delicious! The only complaint I have, which actually isn't, is that I ordered my steak medium-rare and it arrived medium. It was still buttery and tender! Recommend 10 out of 10!
