Found a bug in my drink, went to ask for a refund and was told they don’t offer refunds for something that’s not their fault. That was a bit confusing, so I asked the manager to clarify and she said they don’t offer refunds if they’re not required by law. Instead they offered to redo my drink, which isn’t a terrible option, except for the fact that I really didn’t want another drink right after drinking one with a dead fly in it.
I just didn’t think it was that big of a deal for them to offer to refund, instead of standing 10 toes down insisting a dead fly in the drink they made me is not their fault. Just felt off

The milk tea was great. The brown sugar waffle was really good as well but Lemme tell ya'll about the fried chicken.
I got the honey garlic fried chicken it was perfectly crispy. And had just the right amount of stickey garlicky indulgent sauce. The serving size is huge. Could easily feed three to four people so natrally there were leftovers and the my were good cold as well.

Chicken wings are very fatty and also tasted like the grease they were fried in. I went to pay and was a dollar short and just needed to run to my car to grab the difference, and the gentleman taking care of me, yelled back to the kitchen and told them not to start making it.. Pineapple boba drink was super good! I got a matcha waffle as well and it’s was ok.
