I've visited this place in the past and had no issues, but today they left out one of our three meals. That part was an honest mistake and I'm not angry about that. What I AM angry about is how I tried calling them knowing they're not busy since they were pretty empty ten minutes earlier, but they never answered. Not once. What they DID do was let it ring for a few minutes, then pick it up and hang up right away. Three times. Probably because some of the employees are high as a kite and reek of weed. When we went back and told them what happened, we never got an apology. Even when my husband told them to their face that we tried calling them multiple times only to get hung up on, they just stared at him blank faced. This is the last time I'm going to this location. Not even the most competent worker there bothered to say "sorry".

Employees rude and slow. Burgers made wrong . Fries old . Just ughhh . Don't recommend this location. My daughter didn't even want the food and she is greedy 😠0/10

Ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger. Specifically said "plain, just bacon and cheese on it". It had every sauce under the sun on it. The chicken nuggets, also supposed to be plain, were interspersed with spicy ones. They plainly do not care to listen at this location.

One of the employees working saw us walking in and he went to the door and held both doors open for us and was so nice to us.
Its like horse with a broken leg, just put it down already...but gotta give props to the little black lady with glasses, shes a treasure!

When we pull up to the drive-through, they’re so unprofessional they don’t give you no direction no nothing and interrupt you every time you’re trying to order! This place is so rude. It’s unorganized it’s ridiculous, when we were communicating with them on the intercom, they would not respond to us.
