We have eaten at the Wild Hare several times as our son is at UNI and it's nice and close. The first time we went, it was amazing all around. The three times since, it's been a bit of a letdown. Food is always good and they have a great menu. Our issue (and for many other people at the restaurant) is the kitchen takes FOREVER to get food out. I'm talking 45 minutes from when you order to when it arrives to your seat. And this last time we went it was after lunch...
we saw a review about the boss bowl. After eating it I'll call it America's Poutine!

seriously, routine is fries, curse curds and gravy.
This bowl is roast beef, mashed potatoes, tator tots, brisket, chicken, corn, onions, and gravy. it was so amazing. They should really change the name to American Poutine. it's so delicious!
The Breakfast Burger was amazing also 😋
