We went to the restaurant overlooking the city. The food was absolutely fantastic. In the beginning, we had a challenge with the waitress, not paying attention that we were there, not coming when I asked, and she was very involved with another group for about 20 minutes and went back to them for 15 more. The manager or two managers came, gave us a free appetizer, but talked to us and the waitress apologized. The chef there is absolutely amazing. I would go back!
We chose 350 First for my husband's birthday. We ordered their breakfast buffet and the omelets to order. My omelet was very good, hot. The breakfast buffet was typical of many hotels. We enjoyed the ambiance the most and our server was very attentive. Will definitely go back.
I was looking forward to the Mother's Day brunch with my mom, husband and friends. I was slightly disappointed. They offered “Momosas” for the moms that attended. We received 2 for our table of 5 and then they said they needed to get more champagne. I asked for the remaining mimosas so we could toast another 4 times. They had only been open an hour, so they should have had ample champagne available. The food was in a conference room down the hall. Inconvenient and far for my elderly mother. The food was ok. The fruit was gone, several dishes were cold and the distance to go back for hot food was difficult. They offered massages but they were in the very back and hard to see and near the food, making it awkward. They had chairs to put your head in but we had hair and make up completed for brunch. I understood they were going to be hand massages. Overall it was not as nice as expected for nearly $300.
Had a 530 reservation and ordered from the express menu did not get food until 640. We were there to see a show that started at 7. My wife and I had visited previously had a great experience. We were disappointed with this visit.
We had a 5pm reservation. 2 hostess at hostess stand both left said they would be right back. Did not come back to seat us. Third person asked if we had been helped and seated us. This was not a good first impression. Our meal was good and came with dessert. It took forever to get dessert. We finally asked to get it to go as we were going to concert. Who gets dessert to go when meal comes with it after 2 1/2 hours?
Based on some reviews concerning long wait times, we were a bit worried about getting to our event on time after dinner. We sat down at 5:30 and we're done and paid by 6:30. The restaurant was about 80% occupied when we got there. 100% occupied when we left. Food was excellent (cedar plank salmon and Cajun pasta), service was top notch. We will be back for sure!
The food was excellent. Our only complaint about the service was our dirty plates were never removed from the table.
Made a 645 reservation for two with a special note that we needed to be done by 7:45 for an 8 o'clock show. Arrived early and got seated early. So far, so good. Our server, Patrick came and took drinks and appetizer order. He returned TWICE to ask what our drink orders were again. After 25 minutes, at roughly 7 o'clock, I found Patrick at the bar and was finally able to get our drinks, one of which was incorrect. Sat at the table until 720 with no appetizers or salads. At 7:20, after sitting for nearly an hour, I told Patrick I wanted to cancel the food order and just pay for the drinks and leave because we had to go. We sat another five minutes waiting for the check. I finally walked up to the bar again and found Patrick and asked to pay for my drinks, so we could leave. After standing another 2 to 3 minutes, waiting for him to present me a check, I asked to speak to the manager. I told him we were leaving and canceling our food order because we've been there now an hour and had never been served. To his credit, the manager didn't charge me for the drinks. Restaurant was about 75% full. View was nice, but the service was terrible. Honestly can't comment on the food because we never did get served and one of the two drinks ordered was incorrect. Very disappointing. I wish I could give negative stars.
The service was very slow. Two of us ordered steaks and they were overcooked and dry. The salmon and cod were good. It took an hour and a half to get our food with 5 people. There were fruit flies all around our food and it is early March. The value was definitely not worth the price.
Very good restaurant for a night out in downtown. Excellent blood orange mule. Will be back soon

Me and my special lady decided to celebrate post Valentine's Day with a nice dinner, wine and view of the city skyline and it was a beautiful evening we both enjoyed
To start we got there and we were seated with in 5 minutes of our reservation. Our waitress was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience or make the experience better.....she took our orders right away and we were really looking forward to the menu! She took our order and about 30 mins later we got 2 of 6 drinks, she told us she was waiting on the bartender to get the remaining. She comes back and says they are out of moscato and we ordered 2 bottles. So she got us a different one and made sure to take care of us since we had to wait so long. After that she comes back and says they are out of the filet of beef. One of their menu items that they only have 3 entrees of. Asked if they could do a New York strip instead. We all say yes. An hour and half goes by and we finally get our salad...yea a salad. Then 20 mins go by we get our entrees 2 salmon entrees and 4....filet of beef's. Yea you read that right. Why did the kitchen tell our waitress that they were out then offer us something different then come out with the original.....k fine whatever. The food was very good, Nicole made the experience a good one. After being there for almost 2 1/2 hours for a limited menu. It could have been done way better. First time being to the restaurant, the kitchen service was terrible and makes me not want to return. Nicole deserves a raise. All and all Nicole amazing her staff that's suppose to make her the best, failed her.
The menu at restaurant was different from open table menu for nye. Server was very slow and only came over twice in the 1.5 hours we were there.
Our appetizer was good, however the dinner itself was not and definitely not worth the price. The steak was ordered Medium Rare and was way over cooked and well done in some areas. The shrimp tacos had 3 little pieces of shrimp in them, and was just not appetizing. The drinks were great, and our server was amazing! We had great service, but the quality of the food was not worth the price we had to pay.
350 First was a nice upscale option for diner. Diner selections were on point for expectations.
