Very nice restaurant in the double tree. Good food and service. They even allowed me to eat lunch even though they were closing which I didn't realize and felt bad for but they were very accommodating.

Love the fact that it is on the top of a tall building. Food was excellent. Best part of it was Kate. Great smile. Made everyone feel like an old friend.

We went to the restaurant overlooking the city. The food was absolutely fantastic. In the beginning, we had a challenge with the waitress, not paying attention that we were there, not coming when I asked, and she was very involved with another group for about 20 minutes and went back to them for 15 more. The manager or two managers came, gave us a free appetizer, but talked to us and the waitress apologized. The chef there is absolutely amazing. I would go back!
We chose 350 First for my husband's birthday. We ordered their breakfast buffet and the omelets to order. My omelet was very good, hot. The breakfast buffet was typical of many hotels. We enjoyed the ambiance the most and our server was very attentive. Will definitely go back.
Rachel and staff are super nice... but Harrison is kinda weird and doesn't want his workers interacting with patrons. I feel like he is profiling. Not a good look... below better Harry

Josh does an amazing job juggling all his customers and being personable with them. He creates relationships with people who have come once or twice or even if they're regulars.

Brought my wife for our anniversary. The Trashmore fries were amazing. Burger was decent as well. Service was a little slow but our server Tristan was pleasant. We walked out with a piece of chocolate cake on the house for our anniversary. Overall good time 4/5

Unexpected roof top bar in this hotel. I came in for dinner after my flight and was able to find a nice spot of my choosing by the window for the views. Picked out this pork belly dish just as a little snack before bed. It was pretty decent bar food, flavorful, albeit a little on the salty end. It might’ve been better had I ordered something else to pair it with. Staff were friendly and it was an easy quick meal. I saw there were quite a few groups of business folks up here late at night talking shop as well. Seemed like a good spot to knock a few back.

Good was expensive and not the best. Ok in a pinch or for convenience but beyond that nothing to write home about.

View & Review: 350 Restaurant and Lounge at the DoubleTree Hilton
As a longtime Hilton Honors member and professional traveler, I’ve had the privilege of dining in hotel lounges and restaurants around the world for over 25 years. I’m not overly critical when service slips here or there—but I do hold a very high bar for how people are treated. That’s what truly stands out. And it’s exactly what made my experience at 350 Restaurant and Lounge so memorable.
Joshy, Rachel, and Jessica U. weren’t just excellent at their jobs—they were genuinely kind and caring people. Their service was prompt and professional, sure, but what set them apart was the human connection.
We ended up sharing meaningful conversations around neurodivergence, growth, and future aspirations. When someone shares where they’re going, you begin to understand where they’ve been—and where they are now. That’s not small talk. That’s real connection.
It’s not possible to fake grace, dignity, or emotional intelligence. You either carry it with you—or you don’t. And this team clearly does. I also quietly watched how they treated others in the room—every guest, regardless of background, was met with warmth and respect. That’s the mark of true hospitality.
To the leadership team: You’ve got something rare here. I hope you see it. Please treat them as the high-value ambassadors they are. And to Joshua, Rachel, Jessica U., and your team—thank you. You turned a meal into a meaningful memory.

I was looking forward to the Mother's Day brunch with my mom, husband and friends. I was slightly disappointed. They offered “Momosas” for the moms that attended. We received 2 for our table of 5 and then they said they needed to get more champagne. I asked for the remaining mimosas so we could toast another 4 times. They had only been open an hour, so they should have had ample champagne available. The food was in a conference room down the hall. Inconvenient and far for my elderly mother. The food was ok. The fruit was gone, several dishes were cold and the distance to go back for hot food was difficult. They offered massages but they were in the very back and hard to see and near the food, making it awkward. They had chairs to put your head in but we had hair and make up completed for brunch. I understood they were going to be hand massages. Overall it was not as nice as expected for nearly $300.
