The drinks where very good ( I highly recommend the green gummy bear drink) but it has a VERY LONG LINE

My drink is never right even after them verifying. I have had to stop and pull over to clean my car from my drink dripping all over several times. I tip very well and come almost everyday. Most of the employees are extremely rude. It is alot further for me to drive to the other location in town. I try to smile and be extra nice hoping they will have a better day but this place must just suck to work for because I still get treated nasty every time. I totally understand why my friends keep telling me not to come here. They having been hearing horrible things also.

My points were all messed up ever since the loyalty switch over which sucks. I was supposed to have multiple free drinks. So that sucks.
The service was nowhere near the 7brew standard. The person who took our order made eye contact with me, when he was not even taking an order & then still proceeded to carry on another conversation until more cars pulled in, THEN he took our order.
When we got to the lane table, the girl asked if we had a fizz (which was correct) then turned her back to me for almost 10 mins while I waited for my drink. No have a good day, no small talk. Sad that this happened since 7Brew is usually pretty good at this. It’s 65 degrees out, so why not be outside.
I love 7Brew, but this location needs a little more attention.

The girl that took my order was great. The way they have the drive thru set up doesn't make sense. 3 cars that came way after me got their drinks and left. I was stuck behind a woman that ordered 7 drinks. They should have had her pull aside somewhere to wait. I will just continue to visit my usual, Scooters, next time.

Waited 30+ minutes in one line while the other line turned over 8-10 cars ahead of our line. When I asked I was told it's because the two lines are printed an different machines, and it's just that those baristas are faster? Not sure that's the best business model.

I came today and had really bad experience this time. The last couple times ive came they were really good. Today I gave them my number they couldn't even pull up what I ordered last time because of the new system they had. And the girl skipped me and went over to the other lane before she came back to me to take my order. I didnt want to keep the people behind me waiting to look for what I had ordered last. The girl said there is a pumpkin cold brew and I didnt want that. I said pumpkin with cold foam latte. She didnt hear me apparently But they gave me cold brew which taste like complete garbage. And they didn't even give me my drink right away it was sitting on the roller thing. I love 7 brew but your guys employes need to do better. Very disappointed today on my drink and the customer service I had. Also you Guys need a 7 brew app so it will be alot easier to know what you guys have

Love this place! A drink for anyone and everyone. Coffee is amazing and inexpensive compared to $tarbux and I love their 7energy as well with all the flavor combos. Their cold foam is also delicious! Didn’t take me long to get a free drink either with their point system

Love the drinks, but there was a mixup and I got the wrong order so I got a free drink. After drinking the first one and dumping the ice out I noticed there was a fake nail in mine (kinda gross).

I ordered a Medium Cookie Butter Cold Brew with a shot of espresso, added brown sugar cinnamon, cinnamon mixed in, 2x cream, light pumpkin drizzle, and whipped cream. Not only was the drink made incorrectly, but when I asked about the cream, the lady argued with me saying I “needed to request cream.” I’ve never once had to request cream when ordering this drink at 7 Brew every other location has always made it correctly without any issue. Super disappointing experience

We visited the SW Cedar Rapids location. We got into the line the two young girls taking the orders took the cars ahead of us and then the car next to us and then SKIPPED over our car and took 3 other cars behind us. I had to roll down the window to get her attention and tell her our drinks weren’t taken. She then moved us up the line and took our orders. Once we got to the “cashier” barista who served drinks to cars, we explained what happened after he read us three different wrong orders before we had to tell him what we ordered. He asked if we had been to this location as we have not we go to the other 7 brew over off of Collins road Cedar Rapids and have had zero problem great service each time. He asked us if we go there often and we said yes very frequently, after that he proceeds to say our location never has mess ups and that their location is better than that one, I wouldn’t think they would talk down about the other location as it’s a team franchise you’re suppose to hype everyone up- he proceeded to say they have a lot of trainees and mess ups a lot of things but we have never had that happen when we go there. He then shows frustration as the baristas are bringing out other drinks prior to ours and he doesn’t know what’s what, then tells us that he will talk to the manager and asked if we added our rewards number to add a drink or two to our rewards in which we did but he never asked for any other info or if he would proceed with action, so as such we are leaving a review. We were not pleased with the service we were not given the service we should’ve received, we were skipped in line and I had to get the attention of the girl taking the orders to have our order taken. I also do not like having it to where other businesses that are the same but just in two different locations in the SAME town talk down to a customer as we are already frustrated about our drinks not being taken and skipped.

I enjoy the coffee and flavor options for other drinks. They are reasonably priced, but the service is subpar at this location. Which is a bummer since it’s closer to my house. I have been three times and two out of the three times the same worker helped us and he had a hard time listening to what I wanted to order and just kept repeating a previous order to me. I think it’s great they have the resource to know what drinks we have ordered previously but I had to repeat myself three times to get the order I wanted. He was also getting yelled at by another worker, so maybe don’t do that in front of customers? I will probably utilize the location on Collin’s.
