This franchise is trash, placed 1 order, was double charged and the manager REFUSED to refund me. Said they don't deal with the app, and told me to find the phone # myself to get refunded. She then called a second manager over to tell me AGAIN they can't refund me. I had to Google the phone # to try and get a refund FOR AN ORDER I DIDN'T PLACE. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Complete trash and never returning.

Arby's mozzarella sticks are some of the very best. A lot of sit-down restaurants are not as good.
As far as fast food goes, Arby's gets my vote for one of the better ones. The personal especially at the sixteenth and Edgewood location are always consistently courteous and attentive.
Usually get a brisket sandwich here from the drive-thru. I've been to other Arby's restaurants and this one definitely is one of the better ones. My sandwich was well prepared.
