I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The person behind the counter appeared more focused on a FaceTime call than engaging with me as a customer. It would have been great to see more attention and effort put into making the customer experience a priority.

Very friendly employees, food was good but the floors and windows were filthy. There were spilled drinks in several areas that were neglected, even after making staff aware of it. They definitely could work on sanitary aspects of the location.

Stopped to grab a bite to eat at dinner time, let’s just say that I had a bun for dinner. There absolutely was only 4 small slices of roast beef. Didn’t even cover the bottom of the bun. If you want your moneys worth don’t stop here.

My wife and I stopped for lunch yesterday. Interior of building was dirty and nasty. Men’s bathroom floor was covered with urine below urinal. Floor was sticky all the way thru to order area. Wife said women’s restroom wasn’t any better. The food was fine, no complaints there. The place was basically empty other than diners at one other table. Such a nice building that is totally being neglected from a sanitation standpoint
