They forgot part of my order one time and the manager was super awesome and helpful and made sure to make it right for me! And I cannot say enough good things about Tonny who works there. He is so funny and so awesome. Every time I go there, it makes the experience wonderful!! He even has made the experience great for my kids and they love to see him there as well. 5 star experience from Tony every time! He deserves a raise! 👏

The womens bathrooms are horrible. The smell is like a sewer, it honestly made me gag the whole time i was in the restroom. all the toilets had dried feces as well as dried urine all over inside the bowls. And everywhere i stepped, my shoes stuck to the floor. I love arbys food, but please keep up with the bathroom hygene.

Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Everyone was super friendly and smiling. Shift manger was making jokes and having having fun. Nice to see a supervisor treating his team so well. Don't know his name but we will go back just because of him and his team.

Went through the drive through, placed my order. Pulled up to window paid for my order ,asked the young man very nicely for extra horsey sauce please. He said I got you . Handed me my order , I drove home . And quess what….absolutely no horsey sauce at all!! Yeah you got me Not! Very disappointed ☹️

He was joking with the person in front of us as they ordered. I then joked around with him. He was kind, knowledgeable and clearing having a great day. I would guess everyone he talked to that day had a better day because of him. I should have gotten his name but I forgot. I will definitely be back!

We came to dine in at 8 PM and the restaurant was empty. The staff was very nice and didn’t make us feel unwanted like sometimes happens later (not here just in general. The cashier was very nice and came right up and greeted us. Our food was out quicker than we could fill up our drinks. Very nice experience. I would shout out the cashier but I didn’t get his name the receipt just says “Crew 2” 9/30 at 8PM.

The food was very good. The people were friendly. However, we decided to eat inside and they had been open only a half hour and every table was dirty. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and there were cobwebs on the chair legs. We went to our truck to eat. Very disappointed.

Assistant manager, Tony is the best. He's always so cheerful and funny and so nice. He even paid for my meal today for being a loyal customer. I've never seen better customer service in my life. 5 stars for Tony!
