The womens bathrooms are horrible. The smell is like a sewer, it honestly made me gag the whole time i was in the restroom. all the toilets had dried feces as well as dried urine all over inside the bowls. And everywhere i stepped, my shoes stuck to the floor. I love arbys food, but please keep up with the bathroom hygene.

Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Everyone was super friendly and smiling. Shift manger was making jokes and having having fun. Nice to see a supervisor treating his team so well. Don't know his name but we will go back just because of him and his team.

Went through the drive through, placed my order. Pulled up to window paid for my order ,asked the young man very nicely for extra horsey sauce please. He said I got you . Handed me my order , I drove home . And quess what….absolutely no horsey sauce at all!! Yeah you got me Not! Very disappointed ☹️

He was joking with the person in front of us as they ordered. I then joked around with him. He was kind, knowledgeable and clearing having a great day. I would guess everyone he talked to that day had a better day because of him. I should have gotten his name but I forgot. I will definitely be back!

We came to dine in at 8 PM and the restaurant was empty. The staff was very nice and didn’t make us feel unwanted like sometimes happens later (not here just in general. The cashier was very nice and came right up and greeted us. Our food was out quicker than we could fill up our drinks. Very nice experience. I would shout out the cashier but I didn’t get his name the receipt just says “Crew 2” 9/30 at 8PM.

The food was very good. The people were friendly. However, we decided to eat inside and they had been open only a half hour and every table was dirty. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and there were cobwebs on the chair legs. We went to our truck to eat. Very disappointed.
Assistant manager, Tony is the best. He's always so cheerful and funny and so nice. He even paid for my meal today for being a loyal customer. I've never seen better customer service in my life. 5 stars for Tony!

sad to say after the lady at the window worked extra hard to straighten out our order, my french dip sandwich needed more than a dip to save it!! the bun was so tough I was glad I was not trying to eat it out in public!! all in all tasteless. worst Arby's experience food wise.

Arby's is unspeakably fortunate to have Tony and his crew in the restaurant so faithfully making it the best fast food experience anyone could ever dare hope for. Thanks to the ship of positive attitudes and benevolence that captain Tony sets the pace of leading every day, this has veritably become a historic landmark of Cedar Rapids that all by itself is worth visiting from afar. I have never experienced a manager of any establishment of any kind so eagerly attentive to motivation of smiles and satisfaction with every customer who walks through the door, or even the ones who don't! Make a bust of this man's humbly sized head to erect auspiciously after he has moved on to more glorious things at whatever juncture, so that his magnificent example is never forgotten.
