Came here for the first time for my birthday, and was absolutely blown away!! The food was out of this world and the service was impeccable. Definitely will be coming back.

We loved it and will likely hit it every time we drive through town! That chicken parmesan... Omg! Lasagna killed, salmon killed! We were all super happy with ever we purchased.
Kid-friendliness: Had a nice high chair and we're great to our 2 girls.

I agree with other reviewers, subpar for a high end establishment. The overall atmosphere is lovely and quiet. I had high hopes for our first experience as we were celebrating my bday. Unfortunately from the time we ordered to being served was an hour and some of our portions were very small compared to others and the pricing for what you get doesn’t match up. It's expensive and we were okay paying for quality cuisine and good service but compared to similar restaurants, it just didn’t hit the mark.
Our server seemed off and perhaps she had a bad day. Not unfriendly but seemingly sad. Hopefully she is okay. We didn’t get checked on very often but she was also tending the bar. They didn’t seem short staffed as I often saw two males talking and laughing at the bar while others were working. Unfortunately we most likely won’t be back.
Be prepared as parking is street parking only and you may have to have to walk a bit.

Pork shank marsala (large portion)
Surf no turf, the steak was amazing.
Do not recommend the rack of lamb, very small portion for a man especially. Said 7oz but there’s no way it was more than 5oz.

Went on a Friday night and it wasn't very busy. Party of 3. Took 50 minutes from ordering to receive our meals. My "surf no turf" was slightly overcooked but still tender, so no complaints. The server offered for us to "pick our knives," but they were all the same. Ordered a mock tail, and it was a glorified Shirley temple. Barely any mint in it, just puree and sprite. Alcoholic beverages were good. Just felt as though the portions were a bit off for the price. Comparing this establishment to others of the same price such as Cobble Hill, RG Books/Vinos, 350 First... etc, it just didn't really compare in terms of food/service.

This is a very nice place to take a date and try a new luxury dish.
It's a little expensive and it took a super long time to recieve our food.
The food portions arnt super clear when ordering.
Parking is street parking only. So to have to walk and wait forever to eat, there are just better options for my time and money.

Bari is an enigma for me.
The style, atmosphere, attitude and service are right in line with what I enjoy in a restaurant experience.
It's top notch in corridor restaurant comparisons.
It's expensive, but because of the above, I don't feel cheated paying the price.
You may have noticed i have not commented on the food or drink.
The food is usually pretty good and worth the price, but the menu was limited when I went last, and I think it's because of traffic. Rather than serve a full menu in mediocrity, they reduce to keep quality. That's a good thing.
I've always had a good meal there, and mostly great. This time the protein parm was okay. The Caesar really good and with good anchovies if you want (def do light on the dressing)!
Drinks are crafted with care, but if going to charge premium, don't do a 3 ounce martini in a 5 ounce glass (i made the numbers up on purpose)
This may not seem like a review to recommend going, but it is. This place is heads above most places in the corridor and worth the money for an elevated experience (unlike a lot of places you pay a lot and feel sad).

Way over priced. I won't be back. It's only pasta.

This is a great place for a nice dinner out. The menu is diverse, the drinks are made well, and the food is wonderful.
I recently had a chef's special plate that was full of flavor. Pro tip when ordering steak - trust the chef, get it as rare as they can make it.

Always consistent excellence each visit. It just seemed like service dropped off towards the end of the evening on this one.

It seems shortsighted to charge a high minimum on groups of 8 or more when there are more empty tables in the place than full ones. The food is generally good, but not so much that it warrants what we ended up paying. The pasta dish, for example, was fine - but nothing special. Although this has been a go-to in the past, we won’t be returning.
Parking: We were parked in upon leaving. Looks like lots of cars going to the other restaurants down the street.

The house-made focaccia bread is great, and the charcuterie board is excellent.
Really well-prepared tomahawk bone-in 14oz pork chop.
Seafood cannelloni is delicious.
Really nice wine list and cocktail selection.

A beautiful space with attentive (but not overbearing) and friendly waitstaff. I ordered the scampi and enjoyed the best scallops I've ever eaten. Delighted.
