The drinks were good, food was good, and service was good… I’ll be back.

Some suggestions for improvement are maybe nit picky, but I’ll share them. Either the bar is too tall or the stools are too low. I felt like I was sitting at the kids table at Thanksgiving. Also, I like new country music, but it didn’t seem to fit the ambience you’re trying to create. For a martini bar, maybe consider Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, or more modern crooners like Harry Conick Jr, Michael Buble…etc.

One of my favorite places to grab dinner and drinks. Never a need to go anywhere else. The vibe is chic and easy going. The staff is really attentive and we even were able to compliment the owners, nice that they were there. Food and drinks are always on point and there are so many martini options I get to try a new one every time!

Drinks were ok but not fantastic by any measure. First 3 items we tried to order they were “out of” some ingredient. Food was not very good. One order was over cooked while another was forgotten. Everything was over priced! Quality just wasn’t there! Service wasn’t good either. Had to ask for water multiple times! Best part was atmosphere. It will be a long time before we go back. Hopefully they get it together. I’ll watch reviews and hope it gets better.

As someone who has worked customer service and has served and bartended my whole life I usually have a lot of patience with people especially when it is busy and holiday season. However I am very disappointed with how our waitress treated us tonight. I have been to Bartini’s many times and have always loved it but this experience made me never want to come back. Our waitress was very rude and was checking on every single table around us besides us. Like I said I am usually very very patient and do not mind if a waitress is busy but this seemed intentional. When you are checking on a table every 5 minutes but didn’t check on ours for 30 I think there is a problem. It was a long time when thankfully another waitress who was just as busy came up and offered us our checks. We then paid with this waitress and finished our drinks/food and got a box from the waitress and left. As we were leaving the waitress that paid no attention and seemed to have no interest in us as customers came after us and accused us of dining and dashing and not paying and made a scene in front of everyone. I very disappointed and I hope other people don’t have this same experience!!

The times on google say 4pm-1am, I came to get drinks after work and the door said it closed at 12. So there are confusing inconsistencies on the business hours and what times you guys are open. I got here at 11:20pm thinking we had until 1pm and they said “sorry we did last call already” and locked us out, even though the closing time on the door said 12. I can understand if we came 10 minutes before 12 but there was still 40 minutes left and we only wanted 1 drink for the 4 of us, we weren’t planning to stay late. Its just extremely frustrating that the bar does not have matching hours. I had my friends drive to meet thinking we could get in and out by 12 or before. The frustrating part is people were still in there drinking. This has happened multiple times and this used to be my favorite place to get drinks but having no protocol on when last call is, seeing people still drinking in the bar as we were denied access, just seemed really mismanaged and confusing for customers who want to come back. Again google said 4-1 is the buisness hours so we thought we’d have plenty of time, but going to the astablishment there are different hours and last call is 40 minutes before they close which I’ve never heard of for a bar. I’m tired of different rules depending on who is working. I just write this in hopes you guys will figure out set rules, update your website on google, and have a more reasonable time for last call. like 15-20 minutes before close. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone where something like this has happened.

Jackson is a stellar martini shaking machine! I'm a high-matenance embibber of a great martini and he did not disappoint (or care about my high-matenance directives). Seriously. The BEST!

The bartender I had was unenthusiastic and my martini was not cold. She did a half shake before pouring into martini glass. Bartenders should be mindful that some people may walk in with bartending experience, look at her, and wonder what is going on.. also sweetened lime juice? No thank you. Margatini should be simple. It was not good at all.

Enjoyed the drinks and they have certain specials on some nights. We were there for 1/2 price wine night and they were out of Rose by the glass. So I asked them to open a new bottle - but no, that is a different rose that they don't want to open for a glass. Not happy. Then we ordered food and later, we wanted more at 8:10 pm but they closed the kitchen at 8:00 pm without telling us that they were doing that. So we left a little bit hungry.
