I decided to try the recently renovated BK store #6475 at 395 33rd Ave S.W. Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. First I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. I've seen some disturbing situations in the past due to the mishandling of food being sold to the public. This has to be at the top of the list!!! I simply ordered a Philly Melt burger and a pie in the drive through. Upon arriving at the window the worker handed me a warm Hershey's pie (that should be cold) and told me to pull ahead to another exit to retrieve my burger (the store had no customers inside or in the drive through) I thought this was weird but pulled ahead. within a couple of minutes I was handed a bag with my burger. I pulled into the lot and proceeded to unwrap the burger. The bun was dried out, the meat was burnt and hard, the cheese wasn't even melted (it was ice cold). The worst thing was the sauce was disgusting, it was watery, mucus like and running everywhere. In my opinion someone spit on it. I immediately took the order back inside and asked for a manager. One employee asked what the problem was and I let them know of what i found in my order. They didn't seem to care as I asked for a refund and the owner's contact information. The staff doesn't have any care or pride about the job they are to perform. As I stood at the counter I could see into the kitchen which was dirty & disorganized. I will be contacting the owner as well as the Linn County Health Department. This is totally unacceptable behavior. In all my years I've never seen something so disgusting and vile. I will never eat at any food establishment operated by "Beaton Inc", and will make sure everyone knows about this experience so as to never eat there.

When BK's mobile order site and Google both say the Marion restaurant is drive-thru open until 10 PM, that means 10 PM, not 9:45, 9:30, or whatever employees feel like. I placed a mobile order and drove all the way there to find it closed, and employees claiming it was closed, at 9:50, to pick up my mobile order. The night manager simply made excuses and no offer to make things right. Is that the principle you run your restaurants on? Can I count on the food quality if employees are are used to taking shortcuts? The manager blamed \\\"corporate\\\" on closing the drive-thru earlier than the listed time. Is that true? I visited BK in Coralville on 1st Ave and had to wait longer than told for my order, had bad customer service. I won't be visiting the location for a long time

I went to their restaurant on North 2nd Street in Clinton Ia. called Burger King I always used a coupon then make it a large which is more money but today I went there the male casher told they never make the coupons large but I ordered the same meal before when the manger was taking order and she large it I guess this person doesn't like to have customers dine in I will never go eat at any of Burger Kings they own this place is joke I guess they could fired the manager for hiring this person

you really need to watch the cameras in 06971. the drugs are out of control. the manager and assistant manager are using and dealing drugs out your store. they trying hard to get the old lady on nights{the one that keeps snitching on them) and Melissa to quit should be against the law to treat old people like that.they laughed about setting her up to work with Val. the drugs their doing in your building and in the parking lot is against the law.you.

This is for the Burger King in Cedar Rapids, IA on 33rd Ave SWWe were very exhausted today from a night out of town so we ordered breakfast from this horrible place. We found out that they forgot a part of the order. Since I was already out and about, I stopped in and tried to be polite when I let them know. I guess because I didn't bring the receipt, it was just too bad for me, the MANAGER wouldn't give me what I paid for. HE said I should have called so I knew to bring the receipt in. When I got home, I wanted to take a picture of the receipt to prove their human error, prove I was one of the actually honest people. THEY NEVER GAVE US A RECEIPT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
