9/30/2025 table 64/1. We went to Cedar Rapids Biaggi's to celebrate grandpa getting married earlier in the day. My daughters, son in laws, and grandkids along with my new wife. So this was to be a special dinner and I chose Biaggi's because it is usually very good all around. I could list everything that ended up being a horrible evening but will try to keep it short. I will get the food out of the way, it was so so. Food is usually so much better but that was not the main issue. The service was the main problem. Looking back, I think we were bearing the brunt of two servers having an issue with each other. We got handed off to a waiter I think was upset at our original waiter. Both were rude and obviously upset about something. The manager turned out to be just as unconcerned about our treatment and offered a free appetizer. I didn't want free food, we wanted to have a great time. Waited half an hour for drinks, received food out of sequence and were pretty much treated like we did something wrong. This was a Tuesday night and the place was not even close to being busy. Not sure why it was such a bad night for the staff but they all looked pissed at off at something. Could have just gone to Applebee's for this kind of night and spent a third the money.

I stood around for 5 or more minutes no one approached me so I left. Talk about no service... very unprofessional and very rude.

Had a corporate event at Biaggi's celebrating 20 years accident free in our Quality Control lab. The food was marvelous! We had appetizers of bruschetta (classic and sirloin) and fried ravioli, I had the salmon piccata, and for dessert, tiramisu. I also sampled a few different cocktails that were out of this world! The atmosphere was elegant and inviting, but what really made the experience great was the exceptional service we received. Our server was Darmani and we wanted for nothing! He was so fast with drinks, food, taking plates, getting refills, and helping with menu suggestions, all the while with a smile and great attitude. Overall, our experience at Biaggi's was sensational and I so look forward to future dinning experiences there with my family. If you're in Cedar Rapids area and want fine dinning that doesn't compromise on quality of food and service, Biaggi's is the place and Darmani is the server you want.

The lobster fettuccine was rich and creamy, with pasta cooked just right, and the tiramisu for dessert hit a perfect balance of light and indulgent. Service stayed polished and quick, and the classic Italian setting made the night feel warm and inviting.

This experience was subpar for Biaggi's. The beet and arugula salad was drowning in dressing. Usually it's borderline too little but too little is better than too much. Waiter said he was sorry and moved on.

We were extremely satisfied with the food and service the last few times we’ve eaten at Biaggi’s. Our waiter DarMani was fantastic. He made our experience so easy and he was so friendly. We’ll definitely be making more trips to eat at your restaurant!

Had chicken Marsala. Very runny sauce. Like having soup on your mashed potatoes. Looked awful but flavor ok. Service very good . But won’t be back

Very nice, upscale atmosphere. The bruschetta and cream brule were AMAZING! Fantastic service! $$$$ fyi upscale does equal higher prices, but worth it here. They have an extensive, yummy Gluten Free menu too!
Held my daughter's bridal shower in the Wine Room. The room was really nice. Food was good. Service was impeccable! Hats off to primary server, DarMani! He was just the best! We had a perfect evening!
