Grabbed some food here at the rootbeer festival. I ordered 1 street taco and they gave food to 3 people who ordered AFTER me before they quickly made my food and gave it to me. I think they overlooked me because of all the bigger orders.
It also took a long time to get the food. The whole concept of food trucks is fast food in convenient locations. The food tasted good, but not 'waiting 15 minutes in line and 20 more minutes for the food in the hot sun on a 95⁰ day' good.

Ordered an $11.50 Quesadilla. Chicken was juicy and tender. This quesadilla had chicken, queso, mushrooms, onions, and peppers sautéed and mixed in. Add the spicy salsa verde and it was a well-rounded quesadilla. Will be back for Street tacos and more juicy flavors of Central America!!

they brought their food truck to our outdoor movie event that we were hosting for our residents at granite valley apartments last night. they did an amazing job, they were on time, and their food was fantastic! The food truck was popping all night long and everyone loved it! we would definitely hire them again, in fact we plan on it! thank you for everything :)

Stopped one night a week or so ago. Right at closing, I didn't realize until after placing my order of 3 chicken sandwiches and 3 orders of fries. Not only were they very happy to make my order, but they did it extremely fast. Great fries, and the sandwiches were delicious.
Needless to say I went back tonight and tried the steak street tacos, chicken quesadilla, cheese fries and cheese curds. All outstanding, but by far the best street tacos I have ever had.

Tried you guys for the first time yesterday. I got the 8pc wings and fries! Fire y'all!! The fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy, so good! The wings were perfect. Brined chicken and I got the sweet chili sauce not spicy but it was good! I loved it! Now I gotta try more! I will definitely be back! Please don't close up! keep mentioning where you will be at too! Thank you!
