I have never stepped foot in this place until tonight, and never will again. As soon as the hostess sat us, they were already gone. Didn't say that anyone would be right with us. Waited for at least 5 minutes before a waitress asked if we had been helped. Took our drink and food order, and never heard from her again. Brought us a shake that was overflowing onto the table, but didn't bring any napkins.. The food was nothing spectacular either. Fries were luke warm at best, and the sandwiches had little flavor. Had to stop whom I'm assuming was the manager to ask him for a refill on my drink. Asked for our check afterwards, due to the lack of service. I've been in this industry before, and I know things get busy. Just do better, or find something else.

Service was bad. I don't generally say that but it was definitely bad. We had our appetizers before the server even came back to take our food order. They were not busy and our server instead stood around talking to another server. I tried to get their attention a few times. After food was ordered the server came back to say something wasn't available which is understandable but would have been valuable information while we sat with the menus for 20+minutes. Refills were apparently not a thing. Everyone at our table was out of beverage before our food was delivered by someone other than our server and we never did get refills. They did come to ask if we wanted refills after our food was gone and we just wanted the check to leave. Overall just a very disappointing way to spend $125.Vegetarian options were essentially a few appetizers.

Took almost 20 minutes for a waitress to come to our table, 30 minutes later still haven’t received drinks or an even a glass of water and people who came after us were already getting food. Finally just got up and left and went to Pedro’s where within minutes walking in the door service, drinks, etc. probably not gonna bother trying this place again until the work out their service issues

Never been more disrespected in my life simply for existing. The “General Manager” Luke or whatever his name is , will personally insult you (calling me a weirdo) just for showing up to his restaurant. I came into town today and planned to eat out here with 2 of their employees who are long time friends, and they still couldn’t give less of a damn about our table. You can only imagine how little thought or effort goes into treating the other guests to an upscale meal and experience……I know they don’t care that I’m never coming back but it was hilariously bad service not from just the servers but the guy in charge too. Pathetic
I had a pork slider with salad, my husband had Buffalo sauced boneless wings with fries. Both were great!

server told us the coupon was for Lindale location which MOVED to this West side location- asked to to check with manager
good news they accepted the coupon and she brought the bill.
none of the happy hr apps rang up at the correct price
ask the server to please adjust the 2 apps
now she tells us it depends on what time they were rang in.
we arrived at the restaurant AFTER happy hr started so please adjust the bill.
server again returns with tab, NOW the $5 coupon we had that is no longer discounted off the bill.
she proceeded to stand there and argue with my husband and I that she left the coupon on the tab.
my husband gets out his phone and adds up the food
NO the $5 discount is not reflected on the tab.
server AGAIN takes the ticket back and finally gets it right.
I hope they got our picture because we will NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!

I absolutely love the Boulder Tap house. So delicious I day dream of this place. I love there boneless wings And there are so many different sauses you can choose from. They have fun drinks there And milkshakes Very unique. They have lots of Tv So you can eat and enjoy From a long day after work and relax. Watch Football with your friends and your family. There burgers And fries so yummy and with a milkshake You got yourself a amazing lasting dinner and great memories. They have the biggest Cheese curds I have ever seen. This place is seriously Amazing The food everyone Come on you know you want to try it, Go find a new place to eat the Boulder tap house tonight!! Enjoy. WRITING THIS made me so hungry I know Where Im going Boulder tap house we got plans I will have the boneless wings and a milkshake please thank you. Go on in give it a try :)
