I have visited this restaurant twice. The first time it took forever to get our food and when it did arrive the four differed items were cold. I did go back to give them a second chance and this time the food was the proper temperature but overall the food is average. I would not recommend this place.

Good selection of local regional and national beers. They smoke their own meats. I have a taste of the pork ribs which were nicely smoked yet moist. Jennifer was our server and she was delightful, made our experience there that much more enjoyable.

We came on Tuesday and had a blast playing music trivia. The food was excellent and they have a great assortment of sauces. The staff was great as well! Very inviting place.

Went on a Monday night. Couldn't tell if the restaurant was open or not because there was a realtor sign in the next door window and the open sign was off. But it was open. Not busy, maybe 3 tables of patrons. Apps menu sounded good, got the bacon cheese fries. Fries were undercooked and the cheese was just some shredded cheese sprinkled on top and half melted. Wasn't terrible, just not good. I got a pulled pork melt and the wife got pretzel pulled pork sliders. We visit other neighboring BBQ places frequently... we don't think the pulled pork was smoker cooked. It was extremely greasy, had no flavor, and was something I could cook in a crock pot. The menu advertised a cheddar cheese sauce with my melt but it was just a slice of cheese on a piece of toast. Again, it wasn't bad it just wasn't good. I got mac n cheese as a side that was actually really good! It had bacon sprinkles and (i think) green peppers mixed in. It actually had a cheese sauce that I would have loved on the bacon cheese fries or my melt. I have 0 evidence except experience but the food tasted frozen and not fresh made. We left full but disappointed and won't be going back. Better BBQ options around.

We had about an hour and a half to eat. We were seated very fast and had ordered within 10 minutes of walking in the door. We got our drinks and didn't see our waitress again. We finally just got up and left after an hour and 15 minutes without getting our food or even getting a visit from the staff. We never got our food or even a refill on our empty water and soda.

Everything was very good. Best brisket I've had in a while and fabulous smoked bakes beans and cornbread! Definitely worth the visit!

Went on a Saturday for lunch with my kids. The place was dead, they where out of a lot of food. Cheese fries turned out to be a large basket of waffle fries with a sprinkle of cheese. Spicy mac n cheese tasted like it was made with sour milk. Burger was soggy/raw and brisket was a pile of fat logs. Gagged, paid and left and went to Wendy's. First negative review that I have ever left. Will not be back.. Disappointed!

I went to Bourbon Creek Smokehouse for dinner and drinks with some friends. I loved how right when you walk in, they have a barrel of whole peanuts and cans at the table for you to eat your peanuts. I also loved the rustic, cowboy-like decor inside of Bourbon Creek Smokehouse. They had various seating options available: bar seating, bench booths, high tables, and low tables. Their craft beer selection was slightly disappointing, but the quality of their food and service made up for it. The waitress that served us was so kind and understanding as well as being very helpful with helping me figure out a good allergy-free dinner for myself. Her patience was well-received and greatly appreciated, especially since she told us that she was relatively new. I ended up modifying a Garden salad and ordering that with my Surly Todd The Axe Man beer. Great experience!

This was our third visit. Twice before we had acceptable service. This visit was unbelievable. There were two waitresses, both of the servers were verbally attacking each other loud enough all tables could hear. Both were on their phones complaining about the other. One was stomping around while the other was physically crying. Our food and drinks took a long time to even order due to the ongoing arguments. One was on the phone and the other was screaming over her into the p

Been here several times before, excellent food and service. Until tonight, with a group of 10 people.. Pulled pork was not available (usually what I get). Decided to go with the full rack of ribs. The ribs came out very dry, but not only that, the rib meat had to be torn off the bone.. two plates were served this way. In the meantime my son took two bites of his chicken strips and said he didn't like them. He ate his fries and nothing more came about the chicken strips until I decided to try one.. the first and only bite I had was chewy to say the least, because the chicken was fully cooked. The center was RAW.. all the strips were raw.. The waitress was super apologetic about the ribs and chicken and said she would take it off the bill.. The bill came and only $20 was taken off the total bill (total bill amount was over $200) considering two racks of ribs were not eaten and sent back to the kitchen and the chicken strips were RAW!

Staff was very freindly, everyone enjoyed their food, except nachos which were very wet, may have been due to all the lettuce on them...not used to lettuce on nachos. Ribs were good and nice variety of sauces.

Great food! They didn't really have a sign so we kind of stumbled upon it on accident. The atmosphere is great. I recommend getting the Bourbon Creek or Smoking Jack burgers.
